9 players at a table rocks, especially when WCP only allows six.Comment

Re: World Series of Poker
I guess this can go in here since these games have Omaha. What's the best starting hand in Omaha? 2 suited AK's,Suited AK with suited 56 of a differnt suit? 4 aces wouldn't be much good since you only get to pick 2 cards from your hand so you only have a very small chance of improving.Comment

i suppose it depends what you were playing, limit at a casino or something, or no limit? It's pretty easy to get aces cracked at a limit table, because you can't put enough money in to make it tough to call. Too many people hang around. In no limit you can really make people think before the flop by making a decent sized bet.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: World Series of Poker
I was playing limit holdem and I rarely slow play anything at limit. When I had Aces, the guy had Kings and flopped a third K so I was screwed from the get go. Ouch! I had trips lose to a higher set of trips. It was just the kind of weekend where all my premium hands somehow got outdrawn. As they say, thats poker.Comment

Re: World Series of Poker
Staying in till the river when you don't have odds is one of the great things about limit, especially when you're playing at some ultra soft place like Party where the mistakes are common. Sure, sometimes somebody will cold call your preflop raise with K6o, and pickup trip 6s on the river to beat your Aces, but making those kinds of moves will lose that person a lot of money in the long run.
I used to get really mad about the bad beats, but I've really been able to focus on the long run this last month. If it's an online game, add 'em to your buddy list and make sure to sit with them in the future, as they obviously can't play.Comment

Re: World Series of Poker
These games should have an online rep system.
I filed a complaint at pokerchamps after the last free roll where some ******* went all in every hand with any hand and won 9/10 times only really being favored 2 times and 1/2 was with pocket 4's wich isn't that great. They said they don't like it either but can't do anything about it since it doesn't violate rules. If these have some sort of rep systems all those people can play at certian tables and wipe each other out with their stupid hands then get their ***es handed to them later.(Well I'd hope so anyway)Comment
