 They told me on the phone the first time that I don't need to write what is the problem inside the return box. I ran out of ink in my printer so I just wrote the errors and heat problems I was having on a piece of paper and put it on top of my xbox. I know I didn't have to, but I didn't want to take any chances and I figured it would only help the process.Gametag JetsfanSINY79Comment

 Well, DHL dropped off my system about an hour ago. I let it warm up to room temperature for then plugged it in and turned it on only to get the same 3 red blinking lights. After another call to support, they're sending me another box and this time I have to send the system, hard drive, and power supply. I think it's crazy that I've had 2 different systems with the same problem and not a word from Microsoft on what may be wrong. Oh well, all I can do now is sit and wait on another box to show up and go another week without my system.Comment

 I sent my box in Thursday Dec 1st.
 
 Repair center received box on Dec. 2nd 10:27a.
 
 I called 1-800-4MY-XBOX Sunday and someone told me the console was "repaired" and shipped but no tracking number.
 
 I called 3 times today to get 3 different responses.
 
 1st call - Dude told me the console was "repaired" and sent out and I should be receiving it either today or tomorrow but no tracking number. I insist to have a tracking number so the guy gives me one. Come to find out that its the tracking number for the box they shipped to me.....not good.
 
 2nd call - Some guy tells me that they have receieved my console but he doesnt know if it has been fixed or replaced. I tell him that isnt what someone else told me and he doesnt change his story. He tells me that I should be receiving a tracking number on Wednesday.
 
 3rd call - Lady tells me they received my console and it was "repaired" on Dec 2nd and the 1st business day doesnt start until today. She goes on to say that I will need to call back in Wednesday for more info cuz none is available at the time. She also tells me that the turnaround for repairing a console is 3-5 business days.
 
 I am gettin pissed!!!Comment

 I promise I am having the same exact problem. 3 different responses in the same day with no tracking number. One guy saying that it was already repaired and on its way back. The next person saying that it was received but not repaired yet. I finally get a tracking number and I go to DHL.com and it shows that it is with my local courier today and I should get it today.
