Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
WOW....this game just looks so good.
I'm getting a "Creature Double Feature" feel with this game. I loved this second trailer, but the guys voice in the first one makes it my favorite. Probably favorite trailer yet on the 360.Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.Comment

Bioshock Emerges in June
Irrational's moody shooter due when school lets out.
By Luke Smith, 01/04/2007
"2K Games confirmed to 1UP that the long-awaited, much-anticipated Irrational Games first person shooter BioShock will release for the Xbox 360 and PC in June of this year. A two-week-old post at the BioShock Through the Looking Glass Forums from a user named "2K Kimberly" who sports a "2K Games" tag below her name first mentioned the June release.
I'll let you in on the official word on the release date: June 2007.
Heard it here first. ;-)"Comment

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
New preview
"The scariest parts in Bioshock are the quiet moments, when you're all alone in a deserted corridor, with some 1940s love song playing in the distance. And then you hear the sounds of a Splicer talking to his long-dead child, telling them to get ready for school and wash their hands because they don't want them to miss their bus..."

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
With the promised single player experience, I could care less about multiplayer in this game. *Is treating this more like an rpg then a FPS*Comment

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
To me it depends on how long the SP game is. If it's 10 hours, no MP, then it's a rental. If it's long, then I don't care about MP.PSN: JISTIC_OS

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
It will be longer than 10 hours, I promise you that. And this isn't some ultra-linear game either. Most people are going to play through it more than once with there being so many different ways you can playthrough. Now with this said, it is entirely possible (like with System Shock 2) that Irrational will add multiplayer sometime after the release.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
As long as the length doesn't dissapoint like it did in Jade Empire (I thoroughly enjoyed my 17 hours though).Comment

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
Yeah, I'm hoping the lack of multiplayer is because they are focused on the single-player game. Meaning, we get a decent length out of the game. 20 hours maybe? I hope so.
This game does not seem like multiplayer material anyway, since its main theme seems to be slower paced, suspense/horror.Comment

Re: Bioshock (PC/360)
This game is a must-buy for me. I don't care if it's 10 hours, 20 hours or a million hours. I feel pretty good that this will be quality gaming from start to finish. When this team made System Shock 2 they were years ahead of the curve. I cannot wait to see what they do with today's technology to create an unbelievable environment.
All I could think when I saw the first video was that it is too bad this developer didn't get Fallout 3. What an incredible world Rapture will be.DON'T PANICComment
