Nevermind..I saw where they say some folks aren't getting the folder.

What in the name of all that is holy do I have to do to get the friggin' file to show up on my Hard Drive option to backup on the Memory Card.

I unzipped the Roster file and can't get the Transfer software to recognize it's there.

I still have this problem. Anyone, please a solution before I end up using my transfer kit hardware for a noose.

How come when i installed the software on my computer the display, like when it first starts and you see which program to install the transfer or the action replay or exit the image is doubled and when actually start the program it it doubled and I can only select hard drive or memory card. I cannot click options or exit and the label with the time and name is way out of the box?

Same issues here. I have tried it on 3 PC's and my laptop. I cannot click on options or anything on the bottom or anything on the right. Can I still do this the way it is? Can anyone help?

Ok.. wow! I just got mine and installed it real quick and I am very confused on how this works. I might just give up since I don't feel the need right now to figure it out.

Hey BrewBomber that is EXACTLY what mine looks like, how do we fix this? I have already tried a new transfer kit and I installed my current one on my wifes computer, same system as me, and it works fine.

You need to make a backup image of your card first. Then you can move the file into the folder (can't remember the name) with your saves in it. It will only show up once you've made the backup. You should see it in "My documents"

All, right, I've tried installing and uninstalling the program multiple times, but I still have the same error.

I get a "USB Device Not Recognized" error when I plug in the xchange. It says "One of the uSB devices attached to this computer has malufunctioned and Windows does not recogonize it"

I am on Windows XP. I have also gone to the device manager and I have no yellow question marks.

Basically, the program is functional, but I cannot backup the memory card or add anything to it. Do I need to put something on there from my 360 first, or what? I'm just confused and really would like to use this. I've been trying to follow people's suggestions here, but am still flustered. Any info would be appreciated.

What if you keep a bunch of files on your memory card, and then upload the memory card onto your PC using the Transfer Kit...

When you upload the Memory Card onto the Xchange 360 application, can you choose individual files instead of including all of the files?

When you upload it/send it as a ZIP on the internet or over AIM, do all the files get included? or can you pick certain files you want to include?
