Go to system, device manager and at the bottom remove all instances of the x360 mu usbio - device 1. these should be under usbio controlled devices near the bottom of the list. when i say remove, i mean right click on each instance and uninstall driver for each.
detach the mem card and adapter from the usb port on your computer. detach both individually from one another.
find where your datel install folder is and delete the remaining folder also. typically under your hardrive, program files, datel.
    restart computer
install the program xchange from disk
attach the memory card into the dock THEN the attach the adapter into the usb port. your computer should detect new hardware. when installing direct your computer to look into whatever drive your install disk is in. AFTER THIS FIRST INSTALL, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED A SECOND TIME. THIS IS NECESSARY AND WHILE YOU THINK YOURE INSTALLING DRIVERS TWICE, THERE IS ACTUALLY TWO DRIVERS. direct your computer to same drive location to install.
open the xchange program, click on mem card blade, type anything you want for a backup name and click back up. this creates the image file for when you want to put stuff on your card from the net. this particular folder can be found under the options blade and can be change there also. when you dl files, unzip them to this folder. after they're downloaded, go to computer blade and they should be there. simply select them and click to mem. you're welcome.

sorry if this has already been stated and outlined. but this step by step process was the only way I figured it out. good luck.
I was hoping for no issues but here I am. I'm following you to a T but I'm still not able to get my memory card read.

Is there a specific was to direct my computer to look into the disk. I simply ejected the disk and re-inserted it when I was prompted by the detect and install new driver screen. That seemed to work, but despite all of my fingers and toes being crossed I got nowhere.

I'm stuck so if anyone can add anything here for me please do. Hahaha I'm eager to download and play.

Well three computers later I still can't get this transfer kit to work. Is there another maker out there for a kit?

I found a solution to my problem. 512 memory pack is not compatible. So stick with the 64. That was apparently my only issue.

Re: Datel XChange 360 Official FAQ Thread

Or if someone could combine these files for me on a mem unit and upload it somewhere I'd be very thankful: all have to be in xchange format:

          New madden update
          College hoops dkrause 4.1
Nba 2k8 new big 3 file
          Portland 91-2000 file.
          Thanks
I really need these or some info on how to do it myself.

Is there any reason that this doeesn't work with newer memory cards? I bought a new memory card and it doesn't recognize it. I tried to delete the whole program and reinstall but nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
