They aren't locked. They just don't tell you where the view points are anymore, you have to find them yourself. Once you find the first view point it will be back to normal.

Go to the rich district in Acre. The map will be blurred out even when you are there until you get a view point.

and if you go to the assassins bureau when you first get to the city, the guy there will tell you which direction to head in as well. then just look for a bird flying around a high point and climb that building.

They turned me away. The cashier brought up BBs website and AC was $60 so she wasn't having the whole it's "a cross-platform sale" like I and many others thought it was. Ah well...

I have a question on the game. How come when I have no warning to me my icon thingy is yellow. I will be running on my horse out in the path to get to places and there is no one around besides like a couple guards on the side, well to get to the point how come when I run my icon goes red and they try to chase after me? Anyone else get really tired about this?

Depends on the village. The guards in the Kingdom are really stingy. It did get tiresome but soon you unlock warping where you can just pick where you want to go as soon as you get to the Kingdom without actually riding by horse there. Makes things much easier as sometimes I would get lost with all the hills and stuff.

I finished Uncharted a couple of days ago and went to Best Buy looking for a new game (plus the $10-off-any-PS3-game coupon was burning a hole in my pocket).

Just picked this up at Best Buy for the PS3. For $37.99 (plus a ten dollar off coupon), it came out to about $30. Pretty good deal. I'm really enjoying it so far. I can't believe how huge it is. Am I crazy, or is it really big?

Stingy guards. I just run them over and leave. They can't catchup to a horse.

Oh alright thanks man. I just get really annoyed of when your icon starts flashing and making that beepy noise.

But I guess I will just run over them = )

I tend to stop and take them all out.......LOL! They want a fight, they will get one and the best is fighting one of them on a cliff or a watch tower, I knock them off and down they go SPLAT!

Don't know why but I find it rewarding to throw a drunk into a merchant cart and the cart collapse on him. Those bastards are so annoying, especially when you are trying to assassinate someone. Once I was going for the kill and a drunk pushed me into a group of 6 guards and alerted everything.

One of those stupid drunks pushed me off the side of a wall and into the water when I was trying to get somewhere. Another drunk got in the way of me when I was going to assasinate someone and made the guards come after me. Then I got passed all the guards and was in the clear when one of them came out of nowhere and knocked me off of a pier. I hate them.
