I'm loving everything about this game, but like a select few, I'm having some frustrating connection problems. I'll see tons of open games in the lobby and when I go to connect, it will say that there is no game sessions available. More frustrating than this is that when I just do a quick player match, it will do the same thing, which is almost impossible that in the whole online server there would be ZERO game sessions going on with an open spot.

And even MORE frustrating than the more frustrating part is when I go to do a ranked quick match, I'll sit on some lobby by my lonesome for minutes on end.

I really, REALLY want to play this game online. However, if these connection issues aren't resolved soon, I too will return my copy of the game. It's not like last year with the early problems COD2 had where I have no where else to turn. Now there is GOW and R6 in a week.

COD3 or Company of Heroes?

Nova I have played neither but those that have played CoH say it's an unbelievable experience and all the reviews are in the low to mid 9.0's

Also the AI is very tough almost Ninja Gaiden tough. I plan on picking up CoH as soon as it drops in price.

Not that it will matter...

I'm throwing my support behind COD3.

It is easily the most choatic cluster frak of a game i've played. It's pure chaos. The 5.1 sounds AMAZING!!! The game actually looks better than I thought it would... if I hadn't of played Gears of War before it, i'd say it was the best game i'd seen visually thus far on the 360 in terms of Non-Sports games.

I played a little bit of 2, but COD3 just makes you feel like so emesred in the game. If I saw correctly there was even more NPCs and enemies on the screen than COD2.

I'm very impressed and I wasn't expecting a whole lot going in. I'm a jaded gamer lately... I blame it on Candyman rubbing off on me. It's ok C-Man, I'm only kidding........... kind of. *laughs*

I love this freaking game, the MP is intense! You wippersnappers wont get this but I was making like Tom Cruise in the movie "Taps", remember at the end when hes on that heavy machine gun in the window..."its beautiful man...Fu%^#ng Beatiful!" I dont know the name of the map, but I was a support class Axis so I had the heavy machine gun, I took a spot on the balcony overlooking the main courtyard...and was just chopping guys to bits as they crossed...until like any competent MP'r they found out where I was, flanked me and rifle butted me to the head. But anyway, good times!

this game is definatley harder then last years. Im playing on Hard and Im getting owned.

The one level where your the British is flippin hard, Falaise Road, I cant beat it, its after you clear all the buildings of Northeast Etc. Then you have to detenate a bunch of bombs etc. How do you beat it??

I'm actually enjoying this game a little more than GOW online. As fun as GOW can be in short periods of time, I don't like games where you can pelt a guy with bullets and he won't go down. I'm into the more relistic style shooters, so once Treyarch fixes the connection stuff (still haven't been able to get into a ranked match), this along with R6: Vegas will be the two games I play online.

One tiny gripe about the controls. I really wish Treyarch didn't make the melee attack so sensitive on the right stick. I'm very much a twich reaction type of player, and every now and then, I will gently push in the right stick when I go to turn. It doesn't even click in, but just a nudge is all it takes for me to look like a fool doing a melee attack when I'm trying to shoot someone who's 10-20 feet away.

I agree that this game is more fun online than GOW. I get too frustrated with GOW because I shoot repeatedly and can't kill anyone. The controls are also a little clunky. COD is just pure and smooth and the game modes are a blast. Reminds me of the old RB63 days on Xbox Live.
