What i've read from impressions and reviews is the single player part of the game is not as good as CoD2. Where the game really shines is in multiplayer and the graphics look even better than CoD2.

by the time it hits that price point, hardly anyone will be playing it online. thats what i think anyway

You have to hand it to the COD3 crew...they really are offering a TON of add ons to this game.

I still think COD3 is the most beautiful game on the 360 too. I plan on grabbing these..anyone else?

I haven't had the game but if they are going to be that active and if there are quite a few people still playing, might have to finally buy this game.

I do.

You know..I guess I'm the only person on OS who doesn't trade a game in after a week.

I swear..all you guys seem to buy a game, then sell it in the blink of an eye.

Try renting instead.

I just beat Rainbow Six last night finally, so I'm moving on to Splinter Cell or Ghost Recon 2 and try beating those. Finished Gears of War about a month and a half ago.

It's nice to have a good library of games on hand at all times and the ability to go back to a great game and finish it.

When we had that flurry back in November I bought about 7 games in the span of 2 weeks. I've completed 3 of them so far.

I sold COD3 fast because there weren't enough of my friends playing it. I did finish the singleplayer first though. Then I went and bought COD2 again for $20, cause I wanted one WW2 shooter to play. Although it supports less players, I find it a much better multiplayer game than COD3.

I'm surprised you actually get through all the single player campaigns AA, since most of us just play multiplayer.

I still have COD3, Rainbow, GRAW2, and Gears...and I'm up for any of them when I'm on.

i have GRAW 1 and 2, R6 vegas, Marvel UA, Oblivion, College Hoops 2k7, I had Gears and the COD 2-3...beat them and did not have live then so after i beat them there was really nothing else to do w/ them.....but since i had live i kept alot more games after i beat them....

COD3 online sucks..like every 3rd match gets disconnected. I'm only playing it to get the achievement points, but even those are ********.

COD3 is a far better single player game than it is multiplayer.

It takes like 10 minutes waiting in the lobby to get a game going, then when you suck because you just started playing this game online, they call you names and give you negative rep. Matter of fact, this is the only game I've ever been neg repped in.

Too bad I wasted 8 dollars getting the new maps, because playing this game online is horrible.

WOW sorry perhaps I should have mentioned that I play on Player matches not Ranked. It takes me 5 seconds to get into games and tons of matches on the new maps were available at all hours all weekend. Honestly I think that new map Marseilles is one of the best MP maps I've ever played. Huge, tons of tanks on both sides tons of spots for sniping countered by the tanks etc. There were a bunch of people playing it all weekend.

I just log in and do a custom search for any maps and max players 24 and it pulls up tons of games in player matches. If your not seeing that maybe you have the "port" issue that people talk about on this forum?

I know people get booted on Ranked they say because of lower ranks etc. so I have always just stayed on player... try it
