    Re: Little Big Planet (PS3)

Picked this up today along with Socom. Hoping to get sometime in with both. Thenplay a game or two in NHL, maybe a game in NBA2K9, a song or two in RB2, try to get some stuff done in Fable 2 and then close it all out with some Fallout 3. I love video games, but hate having to find the time to play them.
I don't like the Yankees, I like the Red Sox, I don't like the Lakers, I like the Celtics, I hate the Canadiens and I love the Bruins. Soccer is the best sport on Earth, but most Americans are too ignorant to realize it. I am American.

I hear ya as I am neglecting games I normally would be playing as their are alot of great games out making it hard to decide what to give the time too. At least no one can say their aren't any great games available.

It does. Just wait till you start making your own levels-upload them, See others use it,and then download other good pre-made levels. Lots to do here.

They usually play better when they're out of the box.

Ya think. I just don't know if it gonna be a game I play. Thinking about waiting for a used copy from Gamestop.

If it were me, I would rent it first. I did and I'm glad. I like the game, but it's not something I could see myself playing for more than a couple weeks.

I also have a big problem. I can't get past the swinging savannah with the spikes under the monkeys. every time I get to the second one I fall. He doesn't want to grab it. If I do make it to the second one, I can't get to the third. I need some kind of infinite lives code or something. Any help would be great.

Do we really need the eye toy to put our pictures in the game? I thought we could put our pictures on a flash drive and do it that way?

I played it for the first time yesterday, my wife was like"why did you get this game?" I was thinking the same dang thing...but it is a good game. I'll give it another shot.

Go back to a save point and get extra lives. As for the swinging monkeys, I am not sure how I got past that but I did. Try checking Youtube for videos, I heard some people are posting how they completed levels. I need to go there and find out how to get through the wedding level. I got stuck on finding a way out.

You need the eye toy currently which I agree is dumb. However, they are putting out a patch before Christmas that will let you import images via a flash drive.

I just received this game from gamelfy this weekend and I'm having a lot of fun with it. It's amazing because my wife actually likes playing this game, besides from her getting frustrated sometimes with the controls.

I think I do pretty well in these levels, only to find out that I have only gotten 40-50% of the items.

Same here.. when I see 50% left I'm like WTF?
Fun game to take an hour or 2 at a time. Multiplayer is fun also..

Question - I thought they said all of the created levels from the beta were going to be available? I looked through the available levels last night and there weren't all that many - am I missing something?

I spent all of last night doing the creating tutorials and generally just screwing around. Real easy to lose track of time with all that's there for you to do.

for user created levels, go under cool levels and either R1 or L1 cycles through several pages of levels
