I think Fable II is a good length. Play times will obviously vary, but it took me about 27 hours to get through. I guess it depends on the individual, but I would by no means call that short. I can name quite a few other RPGs that are much shorter (including the original Fable). Also, because it was such a memorable experience for me, I will be playing through again.

Uhh...Just got the RROD. A buddy of mine came over to do some Fable co-op and I had just finished moving my profile and game save off my system when it hit. Turned it on a few hours later and it worked, the next time and all subsequent times I've tried I get the three rings. I guess I'm lucky being its only my second RROD since launch. Either way I only completed the Spire and I'm going to go insane waiting for my console to come back.

Ok, what is the deal with the hero dolls? Are there 5 diff. ones or do you just have to own 5? How do you get them anyway, I have 3 of the same one. Also at the end of the game:

When you get that leter from your sis and she says that there is someone there that looked scary but was really nice and had tatoos, is that Garth or whatever his name is? I have been wondering bout that.

There is 1 hero doll per game world. You have to trade with someone on Xbox Live to get the other ones. Say if you have the Garth doll, you will only see Garth dolls in the shops in your game.

That sucks man. Hopefully MS gets it back to you quickly.

Funny incident in my game today. I was trying to kill the rabbit in the woods so I can get the achievement when by accident I shot a guard. lol

Has anybody else seen and heard some kids make believing like their playing Oblivion?

One kid said Oblivion gates were opening up everywhere and that he had to go close them.

Haha, no, haven't seen that. But has anyone else caught the joke in the "Come Back to My Place" expression? The icon for it is a hot cup of coffee. LOL!

You can buy them in some gift stores. The point I was trying to get at is that you will only ever see that specific graphic of doll in your game unless it's given to you by another player. You won't ever see a different one in the shops, you'll always see that exact same one. The achievement will probably be a real pain to get.

I finished the main quest yesterday and I think the game is long enough personally. Would I liked it to be longer? Of course but it's not too short at all especially since I know I'll go though it at least 2 more times. I plan on getting most of the stuff through my first play through. Need to start swapping some hero dolls

I want to get everything via single player except of course the ones you have to get co-op.

Well I just beat the game. Had a pretty much good character... was fun.

For those who like me have beaten the game...

I feel like an arse for chosing the Sacrafice option. I do feel good about myself, but life without the dog is not the same. I just miss him. I was chopping wood and noticed he wasn't barking or doing a trick after every 10 I would chain.

I guess Moleyneux (sp?) succeeded in making me like the dog.

I guess it's time to start a new game..

Well I sat down last night around 8ish to play a little Fable II and eat some dinner. It's not 4:15 a.m. and I am finally going to bed.

Who knew chopping wood and making swords could be so addicting!
