I find Highway Star's solo easy... I consistently high 80s to 90%+ of it every time. The worst part is the super fast alt-strumming part. I can hit the hammer-ons fine.

For Run to the Hills, I need to get better at the solo. I'm always hitting like 70-79%, which isn't enough of a solo bonus. And, I'm not that great at Verses either.

Yeah the fast alt strumming part really trips me up. The section just before it used to get me pretty good, but it doesn't give me too many problems anymore. It's a blast to play the song though.

Now you never have to play it ever again! lol. Good job. Took me forever to do it.

As for Run to the Hills, I played it 3 times today, went up like 3,000 every time, but still didn't pass my high score of like 105,000. The song is just too trippy lol.

Amen. I don't ever want to play BB again.

And of course, I've been trying to GS Maps and I manage to fall 2,000 pts short every single time. Song is too slow and I end up messing up parts I shouldn't.

I do the exact same thing on Maps. It's like I fall asleep playing it and end up making some dumb mistake. It's so easy, it's hard.

Amen. I don't ever want to play BB again.

And of course, I've been trying to GS Maps and I manage to fall 2,000 pts short every single time. Song is too slow and I end up messing up parts I shouldn't.

I actually like the vocals on BB, but I remember the guitar part being a pain. I don't think I've played it since I passed it the first time.

The past 2 days I've tried to finish up the Hard Tour after I ws stuck on Foreplay/Long Time and Don't Fear the Reaper. Beat both yesterday and was able to beat the first 4 Tier 9 songs with ease, but Run to the Hills is insane.

I feel your pain. Run to the Hills is guarding the Expert Achievement for me as well. I like the song though. Once I'm able to beat it, I can see myself playing it often.

I'll be honest, this song is growing on me. Not enough for me to buy it yet, but I wouldn't be shocked if I did at some point. I love the addition of the sax to RB.

I finally beat Highway Star. It helps that I started holding the guitar right and stopped triggering the Overdrive before the solo by accident. Now that I can build it up and know when to use it, I'll probably go back and 5-star it at some point soon.

GG&HT ... still got to think that one over. It's the only song I have left.
