So who's going to get songs tomorrow?

I think I'm become addicted to buying DLC so I'll end up staying up til 4am and downloading all six of them.

I might get a few of them. I liked "My Curse", but the chart on GH3 made it nearly unplayable for me. I'm curious to see how the chart for it is on Exp. guitar on RB... so if you could test it, that would be much appreciated.

Just an FYI...

Target is running a special this week (I believe through Saturday) on MS Points. You can get 1600 point cards for $15, instead of $20.

I picked up two yesterday and might go back for more. Saving $0.50 per song is worth picking up numerous cards, since I know they'll go to good use.

My Curse was an absolute blast to play.

Only three starred it but my hand was already cramping before the song, and I never activated my overdrive in fear of failing out.

Easily the hardest solo on this game. It makes GGaHT's look laughable.

I will finally be getting my first DLC song for this game. Machine Head – Aesthetics Of Hate is going to be a bitch to play but it is going to be a hell of a lot of fun. Looking forward to the whole pack but the Road Runner pack should have included Opeth over Airborne

I've been playing drums mostly. My Curse is pretty easy, and so is Airbourne. The other songs have a lot of bass pedal, lol. I'm almost all the way through Constant Motion on Expert drums, but my leg was so fatigued that I could barely lift it once I was 75% through the song, lol. I'll take some time this week to see about that solo.

Correct on both accounts, sir. Though I'll say, it's nice to have an extremely easy song in such a difficult pack. Seeing some Opeth would be magical. Opeth pack!

I'm having a blast playing drums with my DM5 Pro e-drum kit using the adapter I bought. It's much more challenging playing the full kit than the stock RB drums and I'm working my way through the Expert solo tour. I'm up to Wave of Mutilation at the moment and that will take a bit of practice to get through.

The bad news is that I had to switch over from playing Rock Band on the 360 to the PS3 (because the adapter only works with the PS3) and I don't have any DLC on that console other than the two Lynyrd Skynyrd songs I bought again. That also means I'll have to wait for the later RB2 release for the PS3.

The good news is I'll need every bit of that extra time to try to master playing the RB1 songs on my kit.

Man, I don't know how Molly Hatchet and Tom Sawyer got on the last playlist for drums. They are nowhere near the level of difficulty of Blackened. I can't believe I've been dodging Tom Sawyer all this time, lol.

well in those 2 song's defense, they are on-disc songs and not DLC. If you don't count DLC songs I think that they both deserve to be in the last set.
