You even dedicated a Facebook status to your hate for that song, if I remember correctly.

I don't even bother with vocals. I just mumble through songs.

Lucky for me my vocal range can actually go that high. I actually like that song.

Good song, I agree. I think I can falsetto through it, but I just don't know the song well enough yet to pull it off.

It's funny, when you know a song ahead of time it's so much easier no matter what instrument you're playing.

Indeed. That's how much I hated it.

I do much much better with high vocals than low vocals. I may not sing well but I actually think my range is good enough to where I think I can 5 starred almost all songs on expert at some point.

So I am trying to decide between this and GH3...

I was at best buy and really enjoyed playing the drum demo, I imagine it would be even move fun with the bass pedal.

I was wondering though, if the Nirvana Nevermind album DL was ever released that was being talked about?

If the extra price isn't a big deal, I would recommend Rock Band 1000%. I just bought it a few weeks ago. I have been playing GH II and III, and now I never touch it, unless my son wants to play it cuz he's 2 and likes 2 songs off of it.

But to me Rock Band is way more fun and versatile. You can play 3 different types of solo careers, and if you have at least one more person to play with it, the Band World Tour is a blast.

Add to that the tons of d/l-able content, to me it's just a better game. My wife even likes to spend countless hours customizing her character as there's a lot of options there.

All in all, it's a little more money, yet IMO you get MORE for your money. I have 0 regrets after being apprehensive at first.

No question Rock Band over GH3. The extra $60 is worth it 10x over, GH3 is just so boring to play compared to popping in Rock Band. My wife loves to play Rock Band, I can drum, play guitar, sing, etc. The game has it all, as well as 3 new songs every week that keep coming out.

I agree, Rock Band is a much better game and fun overall. I like that they have d/l content every single week. I just bought a few songs last night, I live the new Crue song.

I was disappointed that the new Crue song wasn't available for the PS3 last night, looks like it is next week.

As for the Rock Band/Guitar Hero debate, I think Rock Band offers more because of more instruments and the new songs you can buy each week, but I think Guitar Hero is much better when it comes down to actually playing the guitar because I think the Guitar Hero guitar is light years better than the Rock Band one. Also if you are mainly considering a game to play the guitar, I think Guitar Hero offers more of a challenge.

This was also in that article: "A Rock Band forum moderator also confirms two more albums coming down the pike sometime soon: The Cars' self-titled debut and The Pixies' "Doolittle."

HELL YEAH to The Cars!!!!!!!!!! That album has so many damn good songs, especially Moving in Stereo!!!!!

I'd say RB over GH but only slightly.

I'd personally love to combine the toughness/challenge of the guitar of GH as well as the breakdown of stats in GH with the versatility of instruments in RB.

The fact that RB doesn't really have more than points and stars keeps this from being a no brainer decision. I love to know how well I'm doing by numbers, and what part of the song I can improve upon. Hopefully either a new version of RB or a patch will change that.
