Been a while since I've played this game.. looking forward to the GOTY Edition for Christmas, I haven't downloaded a single DLC so I figured I'd get the GOTY Edition.

great actors and oldman is one of my fav's...big budget...but as an aspiring film-maker I'm pretty disappointed in the direction its taken (at least by the trailer).

100 hours. I got almost all the trophies except for 6 in which I would've had to play the game again which i didnt feel like it.

Thats not Fallout movie. Its called "The Book of Eli". Though it looks like it could be a Fallout movie.

I bought this the week of Christmas and just started getting into this week. I'm loving it. The VATS system is awesome to watch, especially on sneak critical strikes.

Anyone still playing this. I bought the GOTY edition in October but stopped playing when Call of Duty came out and recently got back into it last week when I had a lot of free time.

Man this game is great. I completed the main storyline except for the Brotherhood of Steel add-on. now I'm working on side quests, exploring the wasteland, and completing the add-ons. I completed Motership Zeta which I didn't like but Operation Anchorage was awesome.

Last night I played for about 4 hours and didn't even do a quest. I was just exploring the wasteland. I unlocked the Explorer perk so I know where everything is at on my pip-boy. Man the wasteland is so huge their are tons of places to explore.

I spent a lot of time in the Capital Building fighting the Super Mutants and the Talon Mercenaries. This game is great though and so addicting.

This and Oblivion still are my top two games of all time for me. I don't even enjoy Mass Effect as much as I do Fallout.

Recently got that itch, played it at a friends house. (I previously sold it, pre-dlc)

That itch only grew, so I bought it and have pretty much played it nonstop over the past week. Level 23 right now, Rolling with a Tri-beam laser rifle, and the Tesla cannon for real heavy lifting. Also wearing T-51b power armor.

As for character build, Good Karma, no real specialty. Speech was the first skill to hit 100, then Small Guns. Decided to raise big guns for a while, realized it wasn't worth it. Currently upping Sneak, which I hadn't touched until last level.

Finished main quest and Broken Steel's quest line, so for know I'm just cleaning up some side quests I missed, and collecting super mutant blood. I'll probably purchase Point Lookout soon, and The Pitt after that. Perhaps Operation: Anchorage later on, undecided. Not looking like I will invest in Mothership Zeta, however.

I'll probably buy Point Lookout after I clean up the rest of the Behemoths. 2 left, I think.

You didn't buy the GOTY edition? It comes with all the dlc content.

I only have 1 skill at 100 which is lockpick. My next highest ones are speech and sneak they are in the 80's. I'm also working on science too.

I also have the T-51b power armor it is awesome. My main gun is the Gauss Rifle which is incredible. I love sniping people. I killed my first Behemoth last night in the Capital. He was pretty easy to take down because I used a nuka grenade and 4 missiles lol.

My character is the "ambassador of the peace" or something which means I have very very high Karma.

I've tried being "mean" to people, convinced a man to commit suicide and have even set the bomb off, but somehow I still have good karma.

No Fat Man? Far and away (at least I think) the best way to take them down.

No, I didn't invest in the GOTY, because I didn't want Mothership Zeta, and was not sure about Anchorage.

Got a question concerning a follower that joins you near the end of the main quest. Dont see why it might need spoilers, but safety first.

Also, on an unrelated note, Bethesda's work on pathing for all followers really irks me sometimes.

Oh and for some reason I didn't use the Fat man even though I have it in my inventory. Guess I just wanted to try my only nuka grenade which worked great on him.

How's the nuka grenade? Sounds effective from what you say, but Im not sure if it's worth venturing into the factory to hopefully find enough quantum.

Also, just made quick work of those two behemoths. Piece of cake.

I only used it once and it had major damage on the behemoth. It knocked his health like 85% down.
