just want to make sure before I buy this game: does the world level up the same time as you do? That was a game killer with oblivion for me....

That killed Oblivion for me as well - so far I dont think this is the case but I could be wrong.

The game is really good so far. I killed a bunch of people in the town and the sheriff told me I had one last chance. I accidentally punched a girl and now everyone in the town comes and kills me.... The last non auto save I have is about an hour back..... It really blows that I have to go back to that point in the game.

Doesn anyone else find this game overly difficult. I'll be walking then one of the mirelurk things pops up and I'm done for. Really not that far into the game, but its getting frustrating cause I just keep dying.

You actually have killed people and the whole town did not come after you? I stole a cup and all hell broke loose. Can someone PM as to what is some of the 1st couple of things I need to do to get going. I'm completly lost trying to find info about my father. Thanks

Not overly difficult but I was finding it a bit on the annoying side. Though perhaps partly my own fault as I went the complete oppiste way from where I was supposed to be going and ended up doing sidequest stuff that I probably had no business doing at that point.

It does seem over rated to me so far. Not bad but everything feels so empty & lifeless (and I realize to some extent that's the point),it is all about the VATS,the severe lack of ammo and to a lesser extent health that puts even surrvival horror games to shame. I wasn't expecting much to begin with but I think it's decent enough.

Okay, finally things are slowly starting to fall into place and make a little sense. Still unsure as to what it is that I am supposed to be doing but I was able to complete a couple of quest to get some answers that I was looking for. Between this & FarCry 2 I am in gaming heaven. Peace!!!!
