I was wonderin if Carnage is in this game.......doubt it because it is based on the movie but worth a shot to ask??????

I'd love to see carnage, but it's not too surprising he isn't in the game. A lot of people don't wanna see him because they think the way he entered the spider-man series was somewhat ********.

im still stuck on the train bomb mission movin that rain out of there for me has been hard, in other news ive beeen playing maximum carnage for genesis lately

Don't get me wrong-there are things that I don't like (the absence of the lock on is criminal), but for a game that was as highly praised as SM2 was, having SM2 with greatly increased visuals is not a bad thing to me. Other improvements are random missions that actually feel more well thought out, an incredible night to day cycle with great evening and morning lighting, not having to go to a store to buy upgrades, a bigger city, and I just like the enemies better.

I'm hoping there's some more info on the enigmatic 'Spiderman:Friend or Foe' stuff on the back of the instructional manual soon. Sounds very intruiging...

so i decided this game sucked all kinds of *** and took it back to gamestop. i got all my money back. this game was not worth 70 bones

Among other things, glitches really kill this game. I won't be buying the next game unless it's reviewed well. After beating the game, glitches have just been piling up, especially during random crimes. 3 times in a row now, I've had a random crime and once I got to the area the gang members were stuck vehicles, or stuck inside unaccessible buildings. I've seen baddies who were stuck in vehicles that stacked ON TOP of other vehicles. Not to mention, this game freezes a lot. I just don't see how this got past testing without extreme negligence on behalf of the developers being the reason.

I haven't seen one freeze in 16+ hours of game play and only seen one car stacked up on another.

The more that I play this game, the less I'm interested in trying to complete it. It pisses me off with all the darn button sequences during battles is over done and then the button mashing is just ridiculous. I really miss the gameplay of Ultimate Spiderman....maybe the game that comes out in the fall is similar to that.

Other than that, I really think that Spidey 3 looks very good and nay to those complaining about its graphics. My patience is running rather thin with this game.

I would rent this before buying, unless your a diehard Spiderman fan. But then still, some of the game mechanics might be enough to turn you off.
