Yeah, that multiplayer was amazing...Will be interesting to see how they drop in the Mark and Execute into multiplayer. Should still work, assuming it's stealth vs. normal soldier type gameplay...just might not be instant kill, I dunno. We'll see what they come up with, but this seems to really be a refreshing reboot of the series.

Re: Splinter Cell Conviction (360 & PC)
As long as the Multiplayer is good, like it was in Chaos Theory and Pandoras Box, then I will be hooked for a very long time. A buddy and myself used to play those games online everynight for literally like 2 years straight.
We'll need to get some people together once it drops since teamwork is the key online.Comment

Re: Splinter Cell Conviction (360 & PC)
Outside of Mass Effect 2 this is my most anticipated game and I had no idea that it was coming out so soon.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

That gameplay looks sick. With Mark and Execute there finally seems to be a proper reward for patience and planning.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Re: Splinter Cell Conviction (360 & PC)
No, not October! I can't be buying 5 games in one month. That's just too many. There already isn't going to be enough time to play the other 4 as it is. I guess I'll just save this one for a when there's a dry spell some time.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Re: Splinter Cell Conviction (360 & PC)
Dev Q&A Update
I have heard we can interact with the environment. Does this extend to only shooting lights and climbing mechanics or will we be able to interact with the objects in the environment at all?
There are many different ways you can interact with the environment which isn’t just shooting lights and clambering over things, you can also use it in areas such as:
- Interrogation scenes – you can use the environment in different ways to interrogate people. Smashing someone through a window and threatening to throw them out, for example.
- Cover – you can use the environment for cover and certain guns can shoot through certain cover.
- Lights can be switched on/off instead of just shooting them or using an EMP.
- Cars’ alarms can be set off to be used as a distraction.
- You can open/close windows to go through onto the ledge.
- Dynamic objects in the environment. Shoot/break objects (ie statue, flower pot) to get guards attention
- Civilians are part of the environment. You can create a panic by taking out your gun and use it to distract the enemies.
- Doors are also breakable
First off I enjoyed the E3 Demo. My question is will I be expecting to see some of the original gadgets returning I.e. Sticky shockers, Air foil rings, gas grenades?
As Sam is no longer part of Third Echelon he will no longer have access to some of the specialised equipment that Splinter Cells use. He will instead have to use whatever he can find as a replacement for those tools (such as a car wing mirror for a snake cam) but later in the game he may obtain some of fans’ favourite gadgets, including some sticky gadgets.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment
