I played this over the weekend and really enjoyed it. Some of the scenes were engrossing, especially the one with the 5 minute timer. It was the first game my wife actually took an interest in the story.

I got the "worst" ending, partly due to being unfamiliar with the PS3 controller. On medium difficulty some parts felt like I was playing Twister with my fingers.

I very rarely replay games I've finished, but I'm going back to where things started going wrong for me and playing it through on the easy setting.

I wish they's make more games like this for less $ and shorter. Like 2-3 hours, so you could play through and get the story in one sitting.

Looking forward to following this up with LA Noire later this week.

Yup, my wife saw me play early on and got so absorbed. I finished it over a weekend while she was at work and she went back through and played it herself and it was like sitting with her during a movie she's into...just completely locked in...lol.

First game not called Tiger Woods, Top Spin, or Crazy Taxi that my wife put any real time into. Made her a video game fan.

Also agree on LA Noire. I can't wait to pick it up later. Story driven gaming is where it's at IMO.

Finally playing this game now -- just got a PS3 a few weeks ago. I've enjoyed it so far, but I have to be in the mood to play. I have to say the control scheme gets old to me (not to mention confusing). But it's the first game of its kind that I've played and I'm enjoying the story.

I've been playing back through the story for the first time since the game released. I'm trying to check my trophies and make sure I do things differently this time.. lol.

This game reminded me of those books that I read when I was younger that made you turn to a certain page to continue the story.

I loved those books. You made decisions and the story all had different paths that were impacted by your choices.

Very good way to describe Heavy Rain. It is a very good game and I think its down to $29 now.

Like the goosebumps books ? I've had to quit two or three times to make sure I play it a certain way. I'm just now to the part where

There were a couple of sports books that had a choose your own ending style to them. One was a football book. I loved that book.

After long pondering about this game I ahve FINALLY picked it up and looking forward to playing it after the huge patch is downloaded. I take it since this thread is still alive and well this game is amazing.
