Regardless of batteries, if your profile is on "his" 360. The 360 is yours.

It's definitely yours. All your info is still on it for evidence. I would tell him he can either give you $$$ for it or you will call the cops. Actually I would just call the cops. Don't say anything to him, if he knows he might hide it or something.

Yeah, there's no legit way he'd have gotten your profile on his, especially since yours was stolen before he got one. You'd have to use a memory card or recover your profile. That's your 360, your roommate is a thief.

If you let him know you know it's yours, he can take steps to delete your profile so there is no evidence. I'd probably rat him out to someone who can do something about it without letting him know. Your profile is going to be the only real "proof," so if he deletes it, it will be your word vs. his word.

Why wouldnt your roomate take the time to delete the profile off the 360 if he stole it. I mean that dude is dumb. Not only to steal from someone you live with but also leave the profile on the 360.

Did you register your XBox with Microsoft? If so, wouldn't they have your registration with serial number on file somewhere if you needed proof from MS that it is your system?

Did you ever register your Xbox online? Check to see if they are the sames codes.

Also if you have the original box you can match up the code that way from the box to the Xbox.

Do you remember your manufacturers date? You can also check it that way.

OooOO drama. Keep us updated! How old is your original xbox? It its pretty old you should be able to look at the date when the xbox was made. Most likely if he "won" something at the fair then it should be a new xbox.

well i cant beat him up since he is a football player and on roids. but I told him about my controller and he just kept saying that its his and that the games save on the disc. he is not smart enough to delete the stuff. but he probably hid the system. also I dont think he is dumb enough to steal it but he probably bought it from some guy off the streets
