Oh yeah, I forgot about that one. Definitely helpful during battles.

I know I would beat it no problem if I had left myself Mac's claymores, but I really don't want to go back and replay the entire level again. As a result I haven't touched the single player in a couple of weeks because I got so frustrated.
This level killed me, literally took me a month to beat. Finally I grabbed an AK 47 and went to the first chopper and picked all the guys off as they came down. I then used the concrete barrier for cover, running back and forth to shoot enemies. I mainly stayed by the end where Mac was and started chunking granades and stun granades. This helped because Mac would shoot the stunned enemies and it kep them off of me. Everyonce and a while a buy would try to sneak up behind me, but i stayed real close to the barrier. When the helicopter landed I just continued to shoot the enemy until my teammates got out of the helicopter to give a little cover. That was wthe hardest mission I have ever played. And the most frustrating.

New Multiplayer Maps For Call of Duty 4

With Call of Duty 4 being the smash hit that it is, it's no surprise to hear that new multiplayer maps are in the works for PSU's 2007 Game of the Year.

The first rumored map, dubbed, Broadcast, takes place inside a television station and strives for more intense close-quarter action while the second rumoured map titled, Dusk, focuses on a more city-like approach.

From the looks of things, Dusk seems to be from a little earlier in the level before you enter the TV station and it looks like one of the current maps that are already available to gamers.

The third and last rumored map called, Hill, will remind you of the single player campaign as you play it both at night and then again in an attempt to make it down the hill to the helicopter landing zone.

                    Broadcast

I'm calling fake on those. Anyone on the pc version could have just taken a screen shot of the single player campaign and called it good. Plus here is what fourzerotwo wrote on his blog today:

                        "DLC STUFF
Other than patch related stuff going down today, I took some screenshots of the DLC today (finally) that is being sent over to Marketing at Activision to do their thing as needed. It’s looking like there might be an extra map in the map pack than originally planned, making it a total of four maps, not 100% on that yet though as it’s early on but it’s looking like it might get finished in time to join the other three originally planned. I’ll keep you posted on that.
That’s it for now, I’ll keep you guys updated as things progress."

I doubt Activision already approved screenshots, but who knows. Plus I see no sniping map(s) which he said they were working on for the first batch. They may be real but something about them says they are bogus. We'll see. The last one "Hill" would be really fun though.

I'll have my 360 back tonight and I will def be on. I hope some guys are around.

It's been over two months since I played my 360. I was real busy, wanted to see how long I could go and I was too lazy to send it in.

Can't wait to get my hands back on the controller tonight!

Out of those 3 I think Broadcast could be a great map. CoD could use some more indoor maps. The only one they have now is Vacant, but half of that map is outdoors anyway.

I don't know what your definition of sniping maps would be, but from the looks of it, I'd think Hill would fit that bill pretty nicely.
