Basically allows a attack that is only used as #1 to be used as 1234 right click or left click allowing you to experiment with different power set ups. I still don't understand why it's off by default though.

Yeah, with if off, it's pretty much '1' is only limited to using the few defensive or whatever skills it's assigned to. If you turn it on, you can assign 1 a skill from any of the other options. You can run all primary attacks if you'd like.

For example, I believe on default the multishot, strafe, and those skills from the same grouping are assigned to 4. If you turn elective mode on, you can decide to run multishot as right click (Secondary) and maybe decide to run strafe on 1. You would be stuck using only one of the skills from the default listing with it turned off.

I see. That makes more sense now. Thanks for the explanation!

I just looked up my DPS. I'm two quests into Act 3 and my DH is at 460.11. From what I read that seems to be about normal. I just upgraded to a new bow from the AH and am looking to go kick some serious demon behind.

I do. Love experimenting and creating different builds to see which abilities work the best.

Right now, I use disintegrate and ray of frost for two main abilities. I have time stop, teleport, diamond armor, and explosion (the thing where you blow up and cause damage around you). Like the flexibility that it gives you.

Took a night off last night, but will be back on tonight for some playtime. Just in the middle of Act 3 and I love the look of the DH armor. I know there's still like 12 tiers of looks, but the one for the normal endgame looks pretty sweet

I've been stacking dexterity and vitality and my HP is about 6.6K while I do about the same damage as Chubby. I know for the higher difficulties, we'll have to stack MF (Magic Find %) to get better gear

I for one also love the auction house. I've become an auction house junkie twinking out my toon and making sure I get good deals on what I buy and sell stuff I don't need for maximum $$. I should be developing my BS skill, but have geared my character through the ah because the gear there for normal mode anyway is very good and most times, quite cheap

The blacksmith right now is where it's at for me. Yes I love using the auction house but my blacksmith right now is lvl 8 and I made some rare shoulders with some really great stats and sold it on the AH for 10x the craft value. Alot of those items on the AH are from the blacksmith. It just costs alot to level him up (but he's leveled hes leveled and you don't have to worry about it)

I finished normal and just lost some initial interest.

Not sure if what I want to do right now, made 4 of the other characters that weren't monks but haven't really fully tried to find another class and I have a hard time repeating the story again right away lol.

Thanks for the tip. I still have a lot of gold so I will be training the BS tonight. Almost at level 30 and I'm probably still in the middle of Act 3. I miss my paladin on WoW, but man, it's great fun to play as a DH.

Any D3 guys still playing WoW?

I would try and go through again on Nightmare. The fact that there's much better loot and that the battles are actually tough the second time around make it more enjoyable than the initial playthrough, at least to me.

Still haven't found any orange loot though.

I've been hacked. All my gear, stash, and gold. Sent in a support ticket and added mobile authenticator. Well that sucks.

Sorry bro that sucks. Ouch. Hope you get your stuff back man. The authenticator is great. I've had one since WoW after my brother in law had his toon in WoW hacked. Nothing's 100% hack proof, but an authenticator does help secure account moreso from keyloggers and such

Thanks guys. Thankfully my buddy who is a Level 38 Barb had some good Nightmare Wizard gear and crafted me the rest. I'm basically where I left off just without much gold or Jems but Nightmare is pretty good for that. Had I been geared for Inferno or something I would have lost my mind!
