When the game comes out one of us will create it. it is goinmg to be cool because in your clan you can choose what special force you want to be(Seals, SA, etc) as well as the camo pattern as well.

Also, the only way to rank up is to join a clan. I'm probobly going to be getting this game. I've never been that big of a fan of SOCOM, but my dad is like a SOCOM freak. He calls and bugs me everyday about getting SOCOM. So if I join the OS clan, can he join too or is it for OS members only?

Knight I guess it depends on how many slots Slant six give us for friends. If it's 100 or more I can't see why not. I don't think we will be too serious of a clan so anyone can join.

Retail hints at one-month SOCOM Confrontation delay

Could it be? Is another anticipated PS3 game getting a delay? Maybe. But don't sweat this one! Gamestop customers have been notified that their upcoming pre-orders for SOCOM Confrontation may be delayed a month. Originally scheduled for a September release, it appears that the Slant Six team is getting an extra month to polish the title. The new release date? October 14th.

While this date has yet to be confirmed, we're told that the official SOCOM blog at SOCOM.com will update tomorrow with an official response. Stay tuned.
