Why don't you just call them? Why do you waste days on end going back and forth through emails? Phone call may be easier to talk to someone and get this resolved.

Because I work all day and have not had time to call them. But that should not make a difference if the issue is being described the same as if I called. I am saying the same thing in writing as if i would be talking about it.

So in reality that should have zero impact on it getting handled.

Wait, you can't get TLAD to play? Did you go to the menu in the game and load it up that way? It loads into GTA IV at first. Always loads your last save, it's a terrible way of getting into games.

I was about to say the same thing. You do know that you need to go the the menu, go the game (far right), click new game and it should have a list of GTAIV and LATD and you select LATD.

Yea guys I have tried it. I can only start a new game in the original. It does not show anything as far as selecting LaTD. Even when I finish downloading it and you know how the little box will have "play now" shaded out until it is finished downloading. Then when it is done downloading you can select Play now and it will launch the content. Well when I hit play now after it is done downloading it says "please download".

I am utterly stumped

How long does it take to download? Just because it's like 2 gigs in size and it sounds like you've done this a bunch of times.

Reason I ask, to figure out if it's really being deleted or somehow staying on your HDD in error.

Like if you hit redownload after you delete and it takes it like 10 seconds, then there's an issue.

Naw it takes 10 to 15 mins I guess. I have not clocked it. but it has a nice delay of it downloading.

Now I cleared it off the HD then i cleared cache. Got updates and stuff then re-downloaded and same problem. I have done this process 3 times. Same outcome

Also love all the references to the economy, bank bailouts, etc. Very timely, Rockstar. Well done.

I'll be downloading this later tonight. Always and still enjoyed GTA4(my favorite game of all time probably)and will enjoy this one just the same.

I didn't click on the spoiler but I'm guessing/hoping its Brucie. Makes sense to have him & Roman go to one of the clubs because there was that one time in Niko's story they tried to get Niko to go out to the club with them but he didn't. I missed Brucie in TLAD.

I don't know if they did this in the States or not, but does anyone know if stores are gonna be selling The Ballad of Gay Tony? I know at EB Games in Canada I bought TLAD from there. It was a box that had a card inside to download the game, a poster and if I remember correctly there was also a free 1 month Gold trial. I've been looking on some sites like Best Buy and Future Shop but haven't found anything. EB Games' Canadian site is a joke so I didn't look there.

I'm asking this because its pointless for me to get the 1400 point card since I don't have enough points to make up the difference of the 1600 points the game costs. I only have about 150 left.

YES, just got TLaD I just got working. I cleared my cache but did not erase it off my hard drive. I then signed on LIVE and got a patch to updated LIVE. Go to marketplace and hit play and Boom I am loading into mission one as I type. Rolling through the city.

NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
