I said awhile back in the thread that the comment from the IGN editor on that podcast saying he thought the 360 looked sharper in resolution was interesting, and it turns out that there is a difference in resolution. Quaz51 on B3D has been confirming the native resolution of games this generation for awhile now, and Eurogamer has mentioned him in their multiplatform face-offs a number of times.

360 - 720P (1280 x 720) AAx2
PS3 - 630P (1120 x 630)

This certainly explains the softer look of the PS3 version.

Doesnt look like TJ is answering a bunch of questions.

The game comes out at midnight guys so at this point any worries are moot.

It means the PS3 version is missing pixels. I think that means its not real 720p. Less pixels means not as sharp of an image.

And there was an uproar from the Hot Coffee content . . . I'd venture to say this is worse. Maybe most of the trouble was that Hot Coffee was a minigame. This is just a visual, like an R rated movie. Hmm . . . I wonder if this content might be removed in the future.

There's nothing in the above you can't see in a PG-13 movie. Can't say that about the hot coffee mod.
