If you want a sick porsche, or "Turismo" as it's called in the game, go to your new boss, the one higher then Vlad(after you kill him), I forget his name at that moment though, His neighbor keeps a porsche sitting in the driveway, I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone but every time I'm over there I leave with that car lol.

I wanted to post some further impressions about the graphics everyones either happy with/not happy with or just flat out tolerating them.

for me it seems like they pulled off what was in san andreas but with a much better handling of textures. making it look photo realistic at times. i say AT TIMES not ALL the time. the lighting HELPS a great deal and the sheer scope of the whole city makes you be in awe most of the time. the waters crazy i mean real crazy. the reflection remind of summer s at the beach it's just like "arghh I'm in the ocean!" theres really alot to like. except for the fact that some stores you can not go into. i wish there was more and i wish the clothing store9russian one only one i've been to) are very simple. i remeber playing san andreas and saying ohh this is cool and then playing saints row and be wowed but the amount of clothing you could put on. the game's a mixed bag in the accessories department IMHO. so far i'm only 7 percent complete so who knows.

early impressions of the game as a whole are that it's just done with alot of care almost makes it feels like it was made by just a few people it's that intimate feeling. there was alot of care put into it yet i feel this gen will not see a game of this scope again.

These chase missions are kicking my butt all over the place. I'm stuck on "hung out to dry". Needless to say I'm frustrated I get so close to the objective then crash or skid off the road. "sigh"

I'll be honest i've been boosting every kind of car lately so that i get down the handling of some of the types. i was playing one mission where I got this floaty car(and not floaty cuz it's a bad car mechanic, but floaty in the sense i bet thats how they feel like in a chase etc)and couldn't do nothin but steer into poles and hydrants. so i feel your pain man, but i would seriously just drive around before going crazy with the missions. unless you know how to back up,and drive pretty well like in past gta game because the mechanic isn't all that different it's just that the cars have diff. weights to them more or less.

Harlem in real life is uptown manhattan, have not been to Algonquin yet but I am sure its there.

Awesome game once I figured out how to do some things, not to mention once I got a gun it was much better, the knife wasnt cutting it anymore. Had to pull myself away from it after 3 hours to do other things so this is definently a great game, cant wait until the next time I get a chance to play.

Sometimes the lighting is so poor that I'm wondering if there is something wrong with my copy, but I've heard a few people mention it now. I don't care for the bluriness during the day at all and sometimes it is very difficult to see at night. I guess I'm one of the few who is disappointed with the game graphically.

What's the deal with the game going to a sepia, almost black and white look at times? I wish Rockstar had gone for a brighter, higher res look.

I agree, sometimes it feels they overdid some of the lighting. In the early morning hours they try to get that bland morning feel but sometimes the colors are gone and is seems overdone. When the sun is setting and shining it seems a little to orange at times.

Again, this is my experience. But when the day is 2-3 or so the game lighting is excellent.

I remember reading this from Kotaku.

Missions are quick to restart, but by your third or fourth attempt of The Snow Storm, you may be looking for a Rockstar dev online to kill.

What a pain in the *** this mission was.

Left bumper to call a cab, It will pull over for you. HOLD Y when you are getting in to get in the backseat. Only pressing Y will try to jack it.

Myself, Momentous and some others had some of the most fun I have ever had in a game last night.. So much fun just doing a bunch of nonsense around the city.

Great game!! I played it for about 4 hours straight and had a blast. The physics engine in this game is excellent. It's fun just exploring the city and listening to the radio sometimes. I can't wait to actually get a gun in this game. I swear, "Bleed Out" took me about 5-6 attempts to complete. I am the worst driver in Roman's car. Absolutely awful. My wife was actually laughing at my driving skills when she came downstairs to see what this game was all about.
