The hidden packages are pigeons. You shoot them. I believe there are 200. I have only found 3.

I THOUGHT there was something about those pigeons. I kept looking around for a red light reflecting off them, I never thought it would be coming from the pigeons themselves! Nor would I have thought to shoot them....

"Grab yer guns boys, we're going pigeon hunting tonight! YEEHAW!!"

Yeah, I always keep two cars there. One is my "mission" car, and the other one is the "date", "hanging out" car.

I do the same thing man.

So which car do you use for each situation?

Alright, I must be missing something because I can NOT hail a cab... I'm pressing L1, it does nothing... and I have yet to see the tutorial text even telling me that's how I do it.

Is there something I'm supposed to accomplish before I can do this?

I'm not sure if it depends on if you gain the "ability" to do so or not.

Because, there is a point in the game where they tell you how you can call a cab. Then I know after that point you can because I do all the time since then. I'm not sure if you can do it before the game tells you how to.

Some cabs have people in it and I don't think you can hail them.

I think that's how it is. The game will show you how and then you can do it whenever you want.

I will add that this point is very early in the game, just do a few missions and you should run across it.

No you can. I just "move them" out of the cab so their is an empty seat for Niko.

Makes sense really....they do glow red, after all. I thought one of them was a gun I couldn't reach the first time I saw one.

Like I said, I'm going pigeon hunting sometime tonight, probably after multiplayer is done - I've seen a ton of em too, and I remember where they are.

When you shoot them it says "X/200 flying rats left in Liberty City"

I only have 2. I found both of them while doing the courier missions for Little Jacob.

And is it just me or can anyone else not understand what little Jacob is saying the majority of the time? Me and Niko have the same expression after he talks. Even when I had my subtitles on I couldn't understand him..lol

I can't understand what Little Jacob says either. The first mission, I was in complete awe at the lack of my comprehending of his dialogue. Then when Neko made a comment to Roman about it, he said you would understand him better as the game progresses. On the next mission where you have to trail the drug dealer, I had no idea what Jacob's buddy was saying, but I understood some of Jacob's dialogue. I think the accent wears off during the course of the game in order to make you feel like Neko is fitting in more?

Anyway, anybody have any tips for getting 180 w/ 3 darts and 3 strikes in a row for those two achievements? I can't get a strike to save my life and I only hit 50s with the darts.

I thought a cool feature of this game was gonna be find any number and call it and someone will pick up/something will happen. I've dialed all the numbers from the AutoErotica website in hopes of maybe using some of my money to buy one (which I have no use for, I wish we could at least mod our cars) only to get no ringing.

Hit 3 20's in a row on the triple score bar. Got it the very first time I even threw the darts
