I'm still not even close to finishing this game

last main quest I did was Hanging Bonnie, or some wording like that

I must say - poker becomes a lot more fun when you can cheat.

I haven't successfully cheated, I've tried twice and failed both times...I don't know why it seems so hard for me.

I think this game is training my eyes to spot deer. lol

I was driving down the road lastnight and spotted three deer off the road near the woods and it was really dark. I asked myself, "How did I see those deer, they're almost completely blacked out"....

I wanted to hop out of my car and pick what looked like a 'Golden Current' bush on the side of the road a few weeks back.

If you gently tap the stick towards center and then lay off, it usually works pretty well. What's cool too (though it adds to the difficulty) is that if you get caught cheating in a given location, they'll seem to be more suspicious of you for awhile, making it less forgiving and harder to pull off.

I've tried cheating a couple of times and I ended up in a duel. But after reading the comments of some folks (including ^^), I'll have to try a different approach. I love playing high-stakes poker though. I ended up getting that "Win 2000 chips in a single hand" achievement after going all in with like 1500 and some Chinese guy called me on it. I had a king high club flush and he had a pair of aces. I laughed.

Been playing off and on between work the past two days and I'm all ready to Mexico. This game is ridiculously fun.

It's easier once you learn to just gently tap the stick instead of trying to hold it and go back and forth.

I still need to unlock this high stakes poker, I think. I want to play it, but I still only have 3 towns open, and they're all regular poker.

If you have the entire map open, all you have to do is get the Gentleman's Attire by registering with the R* social club. The Gentleman's Attire allows you to entire the high stakes game in Black Water.

Sounds too complicated for me, so I haven't done it yet.

Just finished the game. Epic ending. Kinda spoiled it for myself because I think I saw it in a spoiler tag somewhere here, but it was still crazy. Insanely fun game.

Quick question for those who already beat the game.

I am not sure if I beat the game or not but John Marston is dead. I am now playing as his son Jack. I don't see any icons that has letters on them. Did I already beat the game in terms of the story?

In terms of the story, yes, but there is one more stranger mission (is on the map as a question mark).

Horseshoes is a broken game, by the way.

I just threw 2 ringers. Both were perfectly wrapped around the nail - and what happens? I get 1 ****ing point. He had two pretty close, but mine were both right around the damn nail perfectly.

well I made 100%. sending the game back on gamefly so ill have a slot open when ncaa comes out. man im sad to see the game go.

1st rockstar/gta game I haven't been compelled to just use cheats for. Didnt touch a cheat. Didnt mess with online either. went online once kept getting spawn killed by some jerk and never went back. The single player story was well worth my 60 and i rented it from gamefly so I feel like I made out man. I played for like 50 hours.

I came accross a kind of funny glitch earlier. Me, and my horse were on the train tracks. I wasn't paying much attention, when the train ran both of us over. But it doesn't stop there. The screen wen't all fuzzy and what not, then when it dissapated, me and my horse were both inside one of the train cars. I was like WTF? Found it kind of funny at the time.
