Hmm....this is concerning. I had heard that the online mp had been hacked and that R* was not doing anything about it.
I think I heard that in 2014 and the load times were horrible then....

I never connected btw. Left my console there for over 20 minutes and no dice.

Interesting.. I played for about an hour and I am seeing significant frame rate drops. My game also crashed once and the screen turned completely black.


If any of you come across this and have a potential fix, please let me know.

I'm hearing some of the problems are stemming from people who digital downloaded the game. Some say it works perfect, so say there has been significant frame rate drops. I'm using disc and haven't had any issues.

Thank you.. I digitally downloaded mine and the isssues, atleast for me, have been significant. Glad to hear that a majority of you aren't having these same problems.

Question- can you un-install and re-download without purchasing again?

Yes. Once you bought it, it is yours. Don't have to repurchase it again.

None. Digital Foundry put out a video stating it runs at a constant 30.

This is impressive and looks to easily be one of the better performing BC titles. Still crazy to me that they can accurately emulate the 360 CPU with a notebook processor. 360 Virtual Machine should only get better with Scorpio.

If that doesn't work I would try to do a hard reset of the Xbox one. That tends to fix a lot of issues.

The disc forces you to download the same thing anyways, so I'd doubt it's digital vs. disc, but I could be wrong
