yeah I have been watching this game for over a year ever since I saw it in Game Informer. Should be a classic game with hopefully everything I have ever wanted in a wild west game.

I sure hope so.
I've been praying for a Western game GTA-style for a long time now.

I find it hard to believe there aren't more western games, especially MMO's on the market. Seems like the perfect genre for that kind of stuff.

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day about good ideas for MMORPGs and a western/cowboy based one came up. It only makes sense. Ride around on a horse, pimping out your cowboy, having showdowns, robbing banks/trains/stage-coaches, etc. It would be epic.

We also came up with a kung-fu/martial arts idea.

World of Warcraft is huge, but I really think that a Western MMORPG in the same form could be just as big or bigger.

There are so many non-gamers that enjoy WoW, imagine how many would like a western where things are a bit simpler. No spells, 1000 kinds of weapons, etc.

I would love it if RDR became a MMORPG on the 360 down the road.

Chuck Norris feels that a Chuck Norris based game would rule the planet. But everytime he gets someone to write the code for it, the game becomes aware and kills the programmer before it gets finished.

I just bought Red Dead Revolver (XBOX) off e-bay.
It's on the 360 compatibility list. Does anyone recall having any gameplay issues with it on the 360?

It sounds like it has received great reviews from not only many of you, but the publications and industry sites as well.

I thought it'd be a great pickup for $5 before its sequel drops early next year.

Ugh, information on this game has been coming out at a very slow rate.
I'm so eager for this game it's excruciating everytime I hear that it's release date is pushed back.

Some are saying it won't be out until March or April. That's nearly a year past it's original release date.
