Just curious Flight, since I'm very new to the hype of this game...but do you have a Jim Bowie type knife or other such melee weapon with you at all times?

Right now I have a pistol, rifle, knife and throwing knife. On the 360 you hold down the LB buttin and a wheel pops up and you use the right stick to choose you weapon

Any immediate complaints/drawbacks? For example playing any EA sports game and the flaws are immediately highlighted...

Just to early to tell for me. I don't critique games as close as a lot of people. This game scored high for a reason. Simply put, the game is just fantastic from what I can tell

Very, very awesome. That might be the sole reason I buy this game. Something about killing people with a big *** knife...

I can say it is true when you kill someone and you come back a little later they are still lying on the ground, even after you die and respawn and come back they are still dead. Pretty cool if you ask me. On free roam I have just lost it and kill anything in sight, but then reality sets in and the Lawmen come like white on rice, they are fearless

Flight sounds like you're having a great time. I like how the law is serious in this game. It makes it a lot more realistic then the past GTA games. I'm fairly certain in the next GTA game the law will work in a similar way.

Oh and 100 Hail Marys for your shootout in the church!

one "small" thing that I really like so far is the rain. It's not like in GTA or other sandbox games where it rains for a few in game hours and then it's right back to being sunny. in this it'll rain for a day or two, and you'll still see puddles around after the rain has stopped.

Flight - Free Roam question; if you skin out of that town will they form a posse to go after you? Or if you return to that same town a while later, is the law still looking to take you down?

That's quite impressive. Is the weather progressive? I mean it'll rain for 2 days and slowly change to another weather pattern? I've seen some feeds and videos and one thing that really strikes me is the lighting which you and others have spoken about. Unfortunately I don't have an HDTV but my goodness it must feel almost as if you're right there in that world.

The lighting is something I forgot to mention. I hated the lighting in GTA4. Its well done in this games
