I was surprised to see a small patch for the the PS3 version when I put the game in today. I noticed you can now flip the R1, R2, L1, L2 buttons so you can now aim with L1 & shoot with R1 like most shooters nowadays.

The mission will start when the player talks to Agent Howard Sawicki in Blackwater, indicated by the white "?" on the map - the train station on the west side of town. The agent will point the player to the south of Lake Don Julio, and the newspaper includes a story about how Edgar is now living near the lake. When the player arrives, only Ross' wife is present, and she says that Edgar went with his brother on a duck-hunting trip down in Mexico.


In Mexico, close to the river, the player will find Edgar's brother, Philip Ross at a campsite. He points the player down along the riverbank towards Ross. Down the riverbank, the player will encounter Edgar Ross, who, after a short chat, will challenge Jack to a duel. If the player wins, Edgar dies. Jack looks down at the gun he just killed Ross with.

Me too. I'm probably gonna sell RDR soon because it doesn't seem like it will get episodic content. Shame.

I will always hold onto it purely because I am a Wild West fanatic..but the decision to take an online route with dlc was just dumb...especially when said online portion has never really worked right out of the gate and been abandoned by a large group of the community.

I would have, without hesitation, dropped $40 on more episodic content.

$10 for mulitplayer skins and such? No thanks.

Yeah that is really disappointing. I love the game and will probably hang onto it as well but i'm not the sort of guy who often goes back to play games i have beaten unless there is some added content so it is a shame.

I wonder if they will be making a RDR sequel (obviously they would need a new character etc)?

I hope they do a different character. The way the story/game ended with that last mission closed it all off. I personally would like for them to go back further, maybe 20 years. It just isn't the Wild West without Indians.

I am looking forward to the "Liar's and Cheat's" DLC. It includes horse races. Loved races in GTA, and this should be no different. Also they're adding Liar's Dice and Poker for online free roams, that should be fun as well.
