With the announcement of RDR2, I fired up Nightmare last night and man is that fun.
I experienced a bug though. After shooting my first zombie in the face, the heads of all the NPC's suddenly disappeared.
I have enough problems being competent with video games as is, but trying to down a zombie by shooting him in his invisible head was almost too much for me, lol.

LOL, it was kind of funny actually.
I saved the game, reloaded and everything was right as rain.

Undead is a lot of fun. I"m not sure why I didn't try this earlier.
When you first visit an infected town, the music is awesome. I almost don't want to use my Dead-Eye because it cuts out the tunes.

And getting attacked by a Zombie cougar? I haven't run across a zombie bear yet (not sure if they exist, but I imagine they do), I may just crap my pants.

I know it's probably been said in this thread, but they need to remaster RDR on the PS4. I never finished it on the PS3.

With PS Now you'll soon be able to play it on your PS4. It won't be remastered though.

That's just fine with me...I'd play it in DOS mode if that's all that was available.

Has anyone else had trouble signing in to this game on Xbox One? I've only installed the single player disk and tried to pay it but it demands an Xbox 360 profile for save files and achievements. I can't sign in with my Xbox One profile and just play the game.

The game is brand new and on the box says it can be played on the Xbox One.

It keeps telling me to sign in with an Xbox 360 account. Then when I put my account in it tells me to first sign in on Xbox One with that account. It just leads me in circles.

On a side note, I just picked up Red Dead Revolver on PS4. I own every console version that I am aware exists (Xbox disc, PS2 disc, Xbox 360 digital, PS3 digital) and this is far and away the best looking version of the game. The 1080p upscaling actually makes a huge difference with RDR, the characters have increased visual clarity and the background elements are sharp and defined.

The only downside is that the game seems locked at 30fps, where the Xbox versions were hitting 60fps most of the time. I'm assuming this is a limitation in the original PS2 version.

Finally got it to work on my Xbox One. Had to delete my previous 360 save files on the One.

Just really enjoying this game again. Totally concur with everyone else saying this game stands the test of time in terms of the whole package.

Not for free. And actually, if you're referring to the announcement a couple days ago regarding PS Now, you don't actually download games with that service - you stream them from a server to your home console.

It's a subscription-based service that costs $20/month (which covers their entire library, you wouldn't be limited to just Red Dead). And I think there's an introductory offer of $9.99 for the first month.

My coworker was telling me about the fast travel once you’ve been to a place but in games like these I opt not to use it for immersion purposes.

I started this game for the first time about a year or so ago. I have a question...

I remember, as far as the main story, I just crossed the border into Mexico. Approximately how much of the story have I completed thus far?

If I'm not too far, I may just start all over again since it's been a while. I've been consumed by Horizon: Zero Dawn for the past month or so. I'm thinking I'll give RDR another go before the Show comes out.
