What, LOL! Talk about ruining what could have been a cool band experience. I am one of those people that has always complained about having the same band members moving around to make it feel much more realistic. ARGH!!!!!!!

ARGH!!! indeed. I put personality into my characters (through use of clothing options,instruments/instrument designs) with each memeber having one suited for their spot in the band. Flamboyant singer,punk style drummer etc. Can't really do that now. Plus having to buy all 5 instruments for all members they don't get stuck with a generic one when they randomly switch and it has to be all 5 since I play bass and vox too. The motion types are gone too but I think that's already been mentioned.

Yeah. Looks like Ill just keep my Rock Band 2. Doesnt look good for us PS3 users.

Of course if you stick to RB 2 any DLC released after RB 3 isn't going to work.

Thats true but I just dont play Rock Band enough and have too many songs anyway. I think Im looking for a reason to not buy this game lol

Green Day aren't the only ones with updated harmonies (someone else...I would've had the sense to close the ad ...took this from a stream that one of the people that got the game early was doing):



Also a rumor that Black Hole Sun and Dani California disappeared.

Wait, Even Flow has two drum parts, a vocal harmony part, and no second guitar? That seems rather odd to me, unless I'm not looking at that screenshot correctly.

Left side is regular difficulty, right is Pro. Drum has a pro mode and vocals show harmonies. No pro for guitar, bass or keys. Nothing for keys at all, obviously.

I dont get that, cause they are on our harddrive already. Maybe if people havent exported from RB1 yet then maybe...

They can block it out through RB 3 I would imagine. Albeit this is only from one person and there's no picture proof or anything. In fact would need video proof of it being on the hard drive,going to the game and then them not being in the list as they could be deleted anyway. I deleted a ton of RB 1 songs including Dani California.

This has changed my mind on getting this game.....I am a big Bon Jovi fan, this is excellent news.

Rock legends Bon Jovi have confirmed that the group will be making their forthcoming Greatest Hits collection available as downloadable content for Harmonix’s upcoming Rock Band 3 video game.

“Bon Jovi is undergoing all manner of promotional activities, including a tour,” commented Paul DeGooyer, senior vice president of electronic games and music for MTV. “And we are partnering with them to help bring that to the masses.”

“Bon Jovi, for us, is one of our most requested artists. We’ve had a couple of songs on disc, but we’ve never done a vertical campaign like this with them. We are working with Bon Jovi on activity for the compilation and other elements that they haven’t announced yet.”

Meanwhile, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora also chipped in on the matter, stating, “The great thing about Rock Band is it gets music to a whole new generation of people, which is totally amazing to me.”

Rock Band 3 is pencilled in for release in North America on October 26, with a UK launch following closely behind on October 29.

Wait I think one is missing. 2 in RB and the other in GH? or are we still missing Bad Medicine? Yes,yes we are. Ok so one left. Never got Blaze of Glory either! 2 then.
