Looks like 1st person and 3rd person will be in, limit of 40 players in multiplayer, splitscreen is in, and there will be no ground to space combat. Little bit dissapointed at that last part, especially since the writer seemed to hint at their being no space maps at all.

One thing I hope they have (but highly doubt) is for the ability to just play with bots in the multiplayer modes rather than playing with other people.

DICE general manager Patrick Bach has revealed that Star Wars: Battlefront will not feature a campaign but will instead focus on crafted missions that are in single player mode.

Trailer looked to be all CGI. No way XB1 and PS4 look like that.

Never played Battlefront before, but it looked like Battlefield set in Star Wars universe. Mostly a multiplayer game as well? Pass.

Also looks like when they are flying through the mountain is gameplay, the rest is most likely CGI but was stated that it was the game engine graphics however.

EDIT: Actually in the beginning of the video it says "Game Engine Footage"

Dice making it and using the Frostbite 3 engine. Add to that it's next gen & PC only, no last gen.

So it isn't technically Battlefront 3?

I'm guessing it's going to have a BF4 feel to it for sure.

Can't wait, it'll be a nice change of pace from BF4 & BFHardline.

To me that means vehicle and other device control will be 3rd person otherwise it's FPS.

'game engine' trailer (with likely PC graphics fidelity) was nice, interested in what the gameplay ends up looking like.
