Are you talking about being worried about the PSN's security? If it's a concern to you, just buy a PSN card from the store (an actual physical store, I mean) and use the code from that to add funds to your wallet. No credit card info or anything involved.

Just played online last night and I've never been crushed so easily.

This guy played with Sektor and Cyrax and was killing me with kombinations left and right.

Sektor is brutal.

Against Sektor, I just try to bait him into teleporting so I can block it and punish.

If you keep your distance, most of them will get antsy and try to teleport in eventually.

That's a great idea. I used my credit card to purchase Skarlet and the classic skins, but no more.

Downloaded the season pass for $14.99 as I got a offer from GameStop in an email. Might just be for reward members though, I don't know.

Either way, as others have mentioned, Scarlett is powerful! Crazy ending to her fatality though.

Anybody else having trouble doing Sub Zero's slide after his triangle, square, circle(PS3) combo? I have the rest of Sub's combos down pretty well but I am having a hard time linking the slide at the end. Triangle, Square, Circle, Slide alone is worth 26% damage and you can use slide at the end of his triangle, triangle, ice ball, triangle, square, circle combo or his ice pick, ice ball, triangle, square, circle combo.



I am think I am going to focus on trying to master Sub, Scorpion and Raiden at this point. Anybody got some good combos for Scorpion?

Edit: Finally got the slide at the end down. I think I am going to have Sub as my main.

Just got the game. It's my first fighting game ever. I've only practiced for two hours but I'm going online now just to see what it's like. I'll be using Sub Zero.

If I'm lucky I might actually take away a tiny bit of someone's health!

Man, is anyone else just getting worked like I am online right now? I don't know if it's competition, post patch nerfing, or placebo effect. But guys I should and would normally dominate a week ago are whooping my ***. Any thoughts?

I was getting my butt kicked too when the lag went away, but it's just because I used to rely on moves that were only successful because the lag made them difficult to dodge.

Just got to step your game up and adapt now that there's no lag to take advantage of.

I never had a problem with a lot of lag previously. My problem really isn't what you are saying above. It's more me doing what I normally, combos, specials, the whole nine, and think I've put it on some one. I look @ their health bar and I didn't even scratch them! Meanwhile, a "20 %" pulled off by my opponent seems to do 50 % worth of damage.

Has to be just me though.

My first night online wasn't too bad. I won a round, but not a match.

I'm mainly losing to guys that spam the same move over and over. Is there any way to counter this? Some of them are almost impossible to block.

EDIT: Just got my first two wins tonight!
