Tough beans. Sounds like you should just buy the game.

They never fixed that? Before the game was released the demo was available for like a week and then it expired and wouldn't load. People thought it was the devs trying to create hype or something. Really stupid for it to not work now though.

Well after I unlocked Vermin, who is probably my favorite character now. Before I used him I was hanging around 30% in skill level, then jumped up to the 90s. I just decided to hold onto them until the next time I played, next time I played I lost them... so it wasn't like I was playing for another few days and never used them. I just planned on using then the next time I started up and I was screwed over...

Skill level doesn't seem to make any sense, either. I just don't know how anything works in this game haha.

I dont know why but just stuff feels "off" about this game. Just isnt capturing me like the older ones did.

Trust me when I say that Twisted Metal 2 was in my Top 5 for PSX games. Since then, I've tried to play it, and I am just dumbfounded at how bare bones it is. The game is still good, but I've found chaos to be the answer of TM's ways with this game.

I think the new one is very, very solid. It has a great soundtrack, to boot.

I guess when it becomes really cheap I might have to pick it up and play it. My friends house was the only place I played it at.

I noticed that the game got a patch. Anyone know what the details on it are?

                    Hey everyone!

We're releasing a new patch on Friday 8/10.

                    Here's a list of fixes:

                    - Further improvements to online connectivity/match making
                    - Bug where Roadboat's alt special was causing enemies to teleport
                    - Multiple weapons and health pick-ups were not syncing between users in different territories (US, EU, etc)
                    - Nuke. Fixed an issue where if the host was using Roadboat's alt special, causing a user to be unable to launch the missle and time extension never ending
                    - Nuke. Certain weapons appeared to be hitting the nuke missile, but not causing any damage
                    - Meat Wagon's alt special had no explosion animation
                    - Joining a party while selecting vehicles in co-op story mode was causing hard locks
                    - Reaper's RPG was causing a hard lock if it was being fired while another user was respawning
                    - Killosseum pedestrian pads were only visible to one user in online play
                    - Nuke. A faction leader could be missing for one team if a player attempted to sacrifice a faction leader right at the end of a previous inning round
                    - Trophies. "Fire in the Sky" unlocked incorrectly when missile **bleep** with a sniper rifle
                    - LA Skyline. Health semi was getting stuck on a platform near the "Double Life Insurance" sign
                    - Nuke. Faction leaders were appearing in different locations for each team in a single game

                    - Added Reaper and Preacher factions to Nuke game modes
                    - All 4 factions are now randomized for ranked games
                    - Improved swarmers. Launch higher, so they don't go into the dirt very often.
                    - Nuke. Ranked games can now played with 2 innings
                    - Improved Talon visibilty in the radar. Icon flashes

Thanks for your patience. And please continue to send us feedback!

Strange, my PS3 told me I already got something downloaded.

Thanks! Awesome fixes, and I will be down to play!

After facing someone who had a 100.00 rating and all they used was Talon. I found a new level of pathetic I never experienced before. Otherwise the fixes are fine...
