Its not really double XP though, that is an untruth by DICE. Its only doubles ribbons. Which is fine. Its just false advertising imo.

I didn't move in yet, that post was about armored kill coming out night before.

I just bought a cheap 360 which I plan leaving at my house as my brother usually plays sports games. Plan on bringing my PS3 to my dorm, but I wanna see how trusty my roommates are at first, so I'll be without it for a couple weeks most likely.

EDIT: Just realized I can't play it first day then

Yeah. That's my favorite sidearm.

I just trouble using it in certain situations and I die, knowing that I could've got the guy had I had a different gun.

If you really do like it, you should try running it with a bolt action rifle.

Whenever I ran the two together, I had a blast.

First you pop em with the rifle. Then immediately switch to the Magnum and finish the guy off with one bullet. I swear that it felt like I would connect with the magnum 90% of the time by doing this.

I ran with the JNG and Magnum. So much damn fun.

I'm still rexing people. I have sort of turned to the G18. I've had some awesome runs with that sidearm and I usually suck with fully auto pistols.

Good games last night Nuni. Also good to have blast, weeeeeez, KtOD and maybe even a couple other OSers on the 360 last night. That was fun.

Me and my buddies just wiped the floor with everyone.. Went on a 9 winning streak. All of us were pretty much in the Top 6 for all of them, and I managed to bump myself up to a very nice 2.14 K/D.

I think BF3 could just be one of the best tactical games I've played, as long as you play it in that style. I find these things help..

. Solid communication (Spot people, tell your squad members your location, tell members where enemys are or near too, where's the enemy coming from, etc..)
. Work in pairs if there are 4 of you. So one pair cover A, one cover B.
. All use different abilities that are helpful (We have Squad Ammo, Sprint, Flak, and Frags)
. Always useful to be different classes depending on the map. We defended on Metro and had 2 Support and 2 Medic's.

I know it doesn't work for some but we all play this way and have loads of fun doing it because we hardly lose or do bad.

And a tactic that works really well on Caspian and Canals is to either have two people in the Huey, and then just drop and pick up the other two, or with the little bird just drop off everyone, provide air support, and then pick everyone back up and drop them off at the next objective.

I might just do a video, if any is interested, on just little tips and stuff. If everyone else is good then it makes the competition more fun!

Having the little bird being able to fly way out of bounds and drop people off at the next set of objective is kinda cheap although my squad does it from time to time depending on how well the opposing team is doing. You can arm both objectives before anyone even gets back, of course there are a few who died off and had to respawn back, but the scout choppers should have no problem with that. It seems to happen mostly on Damavand Peak after capturing the parachuting set. Either we or the other team takes a full little bird into the tunnel and basically get it right away with ease.
