I saw that reveal about the premium. I'll give in and buy it, eventually. I'm trying to hold out, so it feels like a new game to me.

So pretty much everyone who has the game already and got premium just got suckered out of $40 Bucks.

I haven't felt this cheated since that nightmare they call NCAAF 12.

Giving new comers the game with Premium for $70 bucks and ones who have been there from the beginning had to pay $110?

Lol, I purposely swapped classes and went after you on Kargh Island/Rush, that one night. I wouldn't have, but you killed me and I had no choice.. haha. We had a spawn becon in the upstairs room. I dropped through the hole in the wall almost on top of you.

I was specifically watching my proximity sensor in that spot next to the last B-MCOM. I hate putting my tank in danger like so I wanted to keep the support guys away. I think of myself as a fairly good armor driver but in this instance we needed a push on the MCOM so I wanted to support our infantry and blow open the wall next to the bomb.

But I was being extra careful watching my proxi scanner, getting ready to jam just in case.

Then my tank blew up and I saw you come up on my kill cam and I was like where the fcuk did War come from. Makes perfect sense now!

Seriously though. That really sucks ant balls.

But what can we do? It's always going to be like this. Game companies will rob there own families if it improves the bottom line.

I'm hoping they do, or they just screwed all of us who bought the game at launch big time. Sucks that a lot of people already bought premium and the game as well and paid $40 more for supporting the games launch.

So what's everyones opinion on premium and the new maps?

I love the new Close Combat! It gave me a reason to start blasting fools with shotguns. I had never really used any shotguns before I went premium. My favorite is the DAO. The Ziba Tower map is really cool too imo.


Gun master is a cool mode too.

I payed more than that. I sold my game a few month ago and then bought it back plus the premium. It was well worth it too.

Feeling a little used myself. The fact that they are dropping this at the same time the second set of maps since premium came out is what stings a bit. I wouldn't have minded so much if it came out after all 5 map packs were released.

It looks like they are squashing a lot of the threads on Battlelog about the premium pricing as well.

I am gonna try to jump on tonight, but a lot of the time after work my hand is so fatigued from my finger being splinted that playing BF3 is out the question. So I might just need to rest a bit.

edit: Not gonna lie, I might buy it for PC when Premium edition comes out.

If I am playing like crap, I will grab my 870 with slugs and roll with that. It really does get me out of slumps sometimes, today I was playing alright then I went to the 870 and just started owning. I use it more as a change of pace gun rather than a situational gun, close quarters I am going with a very fast firing weapon.

Slugs are downright dirty in this game. Especially if you get a guy that knows how to use the shotgun with success.

I should be on later tonight.. even if I have been drinking. Without you, cove, or Donny.. I usually get stuck kicking it by myself. Everyone else calls it quits around 12 cst... can't blame them. I'm just a night owl and usually don't wind down until late.
