This one was a bit different, and I'm kind of a little more interested in exactly what happened. I was driving southbound on PCH-1, and I see three red dots on an off-turn to a little island looking plateau (I'll mark it on the map if I find it again). I go over there, and there are a bunch of cars and pickup trucks (headlights still on) with guys outside of them, on the ground, near death. Some guy's head is also on his horn, dead. I wanted to shoot them, but I didn't know what would come of it. At the foot of the plateau was the third dot, and next to him was a large bulk of cash. It ended up being $25,000. When I took it, the guy threatened me saying I shouldn't take it or something, then died moments later.

I stayed there for quite a while, even called police to see if they would do anything, but they didn't really. When I finally drove away and continued south toward Los Santos, there were two vehicles following behind me and firing with automatic weapons. Their shots were precise and their driving was every bit as good as mine. Like I said, they were impossible to escape. I survived for about 90 seconds before they finally killed me, and I couldn't seem to kill them from in front of them either. It was indeed random.

I hope to see more of these!

I guess that can happen anywhere, as it occurred with me by the mountains. They were on a dirt platform. I was able to shoot and kill them myself though.

I've decided I'm going to start doing taxi missions.
And are police vigilante missions gone from this game? I loved looking up police reports in GTA IV.

I mentioned a few pages back about how odd it was for them to leave taxi fares in the game but take out vigilantes. I miss them.

I luckily got that random event after finishing the game. Just dropped him off and invested all $37M of Franklin's money and $72M of Michael's money into that stock. Should be set for the rest of playing this game.

It doesn't affect your income take from the business, but you get missions from them from time to time to make even more money I believe.

I got a mission for Trevor once or twice to go pick up beer and deliver it (timed mission) to the bar I purchased out in the sticks.

Well my game is glitched. I finished the game but my 100% checklist still says 67/69 Missions....Im so pissed.

Lol at 37 and 72 million. Most I ever had at any given time was 17 million and that was at the end of the game. I must be terrible at the money game in this one.

I'm going to ban anyone who posts spoilers, intentionally or not, from here on out.

Use common sense. Ask yourself: can this potentially taint another person's experience with the story? If yes, dont post or post with spoilers so that everyone can make up their own mind to read it.

Some dont finish the story as fast as others so give respect to those people by not potentially ruining it for them.

$23 or $26K, can't remember, for each barrel you pick up

with Michael. So I had a lot saved up.

i went with the option to kill Michael because I didn't know option c would save everyone. Is there a way to reverse the decision? I tried redoing the mission and choosing option c but that didn't work.

I don't think so. My friend did the same thing with Trevor. He's tried to find another way.
