After deleting the patch, start the game up and load single player. Once it loads, pause it, go to the online tab, select choose character, and delete your character. Create a new ugly character, and enjoy the opening video yet again. I played for almost 4 hours last night with it only booting me once. Granted I lost some of my progression but it wasn't anything crazy.

On another note, for the people that have created multiple characters because of the online issues, have you noticed that on one instance you'll end up with John Marston as your father and the next time you create a character you get the option to choose your father's grandparents instead? Just seems a little odd.
So once you delete the update did you redownload it?? Don't you have to in order to play online or no?

The Franklin/Rich extreme sports guy missions are some of my favorite in the game. I wish that they had more of them.

Beautiful. Really makes you want to slow down and take it all in.

Bring up the map and press Y (triangle for PS3?). It places a marker on the map.

Just go to your map, I think POI is Y on 360 (nut sure)

Go anywhere you want to mark on your map and press the button and it will put a marker on your map.

You can't name it, but it will still show up on your map so you can visit it anytime.

Yeah you have to in order to be able to play online. I've heard a lot of people are having trouble with the online progress saving though so I wouldn't spend too much time online right away.

Thanks, gents. I definitely missed that. The text for this game is sometimes difficult to read on my television.

lol, once I played the game/know all the characters and then rewatch the commercial for GTA on tv,I realized just how much I hadn't seen in the game yet.

Also...What do things like "N?" and B?" mean on the map? I'm currently at the part of the game where

so do those have anything to do with it? Or is it something completely unrelated? Cause I don't want to get to that part of the game yet(the stuff in the spoilers)

N? is a Nigel quest for Trevor (Nigel is a side-character and some of my favorite missions so far).

B? is Barry the pot guy. He has missions for each character.

I tried replaying my most recent mission, and next thing I know....2/3 of my money is gone?! Luckily I didn't save the game, so I reloaded from before then, but still...Why is it that when replaying missions, you lose lots of money? I thought it might have been cause it was replaying from the time I had that much money, but my money hadn't changed from the time I did that mission until now.

Was it a heist? Maybe it takes back that heists take so that you get the new amount?

It wasn't a heist, it was a side mission
