No, if you die in prison, you die in the game. So instead of just instantly dying from cops and losing $2000, you can fight your way out prison to keep the $2000.

Question regarding hunting: Can the hunting challenges (i.e. Shoot a Coyote with a Shotgun) only be completed during official hunting trips? And is there only one spot for real hunting or do more open up?

They have to be done during a hunt and I've only seen the one spot to start hunting at.

How awesome would it be if the cops can arrest you and put you in prison. Then while in prison, you get a survival type mini game where you have to fight your way through waves of prisoners trying to kill you.

Depending on what you did is what required wave level you need to complete.

Guards can be one wave level where they can use batons.

I don't know about the mini-game but I would love to see a boarded heist similar to the Prison Break show from a few years ago. It would be kind of sweet to get one of your characters thrown in jail to try to break someone else out!

I say the same thing until I turn the game on and see the option to press X to load online. There's no hope.

Oh bummer. Do you guys wander freely about when you hunt? I found myself staying in the same general location (along the hills near the hunting camper). I was looking to get a gold medal though, so my mind wasn't necessarily on exploration.

As I'm saying this, it's all beginning to click though. I'm guessing that's why the four wheeler's there, eh?

I still stayed in that valley. I would venture up the ridges, but that's as far as I would go. Also, be on the 4wheeler as much as possible. Cougars will spring on you with a terrible quickness if you're on foot.

I usually don't ventured far from the starting cabin either. If I remember right there's actually a radius that you have to stay within. It's pretty large though.

I try to find a nice ridge vantage spot that allows me to look over two valleys. And always keep a 4 wheeler handy to jump on in case of kitties.

If you're just trying to complete challenges camping on top of the beginning trailer is great spot. Cats can't reach you. I lost challenge progress so many times because a lion would get me before I finished a hunt.
