I'd say other than maybe upgrading your RAM to maybe 8GB, you should be plenty good to run at max hopefully. I don't forsee it being a hiccup for that system at all. With open world games with this much detail though, if they don't optimize it like crazy, I'd say you'll need a little over 4GB Ram if you're running win64 64 bit.

My PC has no trouble whatsoever with the grass & texture mods. I'm running Qarl's Texture pack and having view distance, etc at 100, including high def grass & landscape mods.
To be honest, even my older XPS 15 with a GT420M 1GB card ran it with ease with all of the high res texture mods.
Not sure what you're getting at. It would probably lag on a non gaming pc, but if you have a pretty good machine, not sure why it would lag.Twitter - WTF_OS
