I appreciate the words. And to be honest I dont like squirtle...he just has the best google images results lol.

And I really dont give a **** about ME after I turn off the game. but after studying fandoms and the sociology of "extreme" fans and lesser/non fans, the response on here to that guy's post is expected. But again there is nothing wrong with it.

Think it was posted a little earlier but good stuff anyway. I'm hoping they make more of these teaser videos.

Ive read none of the 27 pages, but I imagine theres a ton of info about what will be an amazing game. Trying to keep a blindfold on and be completely surprised by this one, probably the game I'm looking forward to most (though nba 2k12 will be right up there depending on what they reveal)

So, if I'm new to this series, would you guys recommend playing the first one before the second or does it really matter?

Yes, definitely play the first 2. The story is so worth it, and you aren't a huge fan of the gameplay, then just put it on easy and power through (and maybe do something other than a soldier, just so you get a more "flavorful" game, not just an FPS experience).

Yeah, I was going to play the second one at least, just wanted to make sure the first one was worth it or not. I know these games take awhile, Just wanted to make sure I'd be able to finish before 3 in case I enjoyed the other ones enough to buy it. I'll definitely put it on my Gamefly queue while I have a lull in my rentals coming up.

                          CVG Interview

Ray Muzyka: "We're exploring multiplayer modalities for all of our games. We're interested in the idea, but, you know, we have nothing to announce on that front on the show today."

CVG: "But, is it something you can say is definitely not in Mass Effect 3?"

Ray Muzyka: "No, we have nothing to announce today at E3. We're announcing a lot of features here, there's a lot of cool stuff, and we're always looking forward to the future where we can talk about more things."

CVG: "I look forward to hearing about it."

So what I get that something is in development but the question is will it be good enough to pass onto the retail version.

                              Re: Mass Effect 3

Though it's been quite a while since we've heard anything regarding Mass Effect 3's once-rumored multiplayer functionality, Eurogamer and CVG are both citing anonymous sources who claim the title will have a standalone four-player cooperative mode. The mode will feature a handful of missions which won't interact with the main storyline, and are designed to have a high replay value. Considering we spent around 40 hours mining for Element Zero in Mass Effect 2, we don't think our attention is going to be very hard to retain.

If true, I'd actually be pretty excited. Would be fun running around with others and combining biotics on enemies.
