I think it just comes down to preference and the system you play on most. I have strictly played Playstation over the years so I feel more comfortable with their controller. The same holds true for people that have played Xbox over the years."If you don't have anything good to say, say it often"- Ed the sockComment

Still say the DS3 feels cheap, though. I swear to God I could break one in half with my bare hands. This is nowhere near the case with the 360 controller. Sony should really consider upgrading the plastic they make those things out of.Comment

Same here, the 360 controller just fits in my hands better. This is the only reason I buy all my multiplatform games on the 360. The PS3 is too small for hands or something. My Teams

I like how on resistance 2 it has L1 as zoom seems natural to me since my fingers are already at that spot.Retro Redemption - Starting over with a oldschool PowerBone Offense

Re: FPS better on 360 or PS3?
The controller for the 360 is better suited for FPS.
But, I prefer FPS on the PS3. (Killzone 3, Uncharted 2 (3rdPersonShooter), Resistance Series, MAG)
Plus, there are far more idiots with mics on the 360.
If you could use the 360 controller for the PS3 that would be the best of both worlds. (see 2nd paragraph below)
Because I played 360 the most, I did feel like it took me a while to get used to the controller difference. But after I found one of these I was able to adjust a little quicker. While it's not an exact replica of the 360 controller, it helped me a ton.
If I had to pick one thing between the two systems, it would probably be that I lean to preferring the Xbox live system to the PSN, but other than that it'd be hard for me to recommend one over the other.A negative mind will never give you a positive life.
