Recently, I've played MW3 and WWE'12 of their respective resale days.

MW3(online) was from about 10am to 4pm.
WWE'12 was today from 11am to 4pm.

I haven't played games like that in a whole.

The only session I remember the number of hours for was when I was first able to play Goldeneye. It was a snow day and my brother drove us to our cousin's house. Eventually, he and my cousin went out and about and left me with what I thought was the most amazing game of all-time. 8 hours went by no problem.

I can't believe people are saying they used to have so much time during high school. For me it's go to school, go to whatever sporting event I have, and then do homework for the next 1-3 hours. I probably could play all day on a saturday or sunday, but I'm usually to tired to even want to play xbox. So anyways I would say my longest was 4 hours playing Castle Crashers with my brother, and our two friends.

I gamed a lot during high school, but mostly because I got out of school at 11, during my senior year. I was too busy on weekends to even think about playing games.

When I was laid off in late spring of 2008 I decided to go back to school in the fall and took the whole summer off. I had some days/nights when I'd play 8 hours straight at a given time. I was often up until 3 or 4am any given night because I had nothing going on the next day.

Probably Mass Effect 2 at around 7-8 hours. Used to have Halo multiplayer sessions in high school that would regularly last 4 hours.

Starting in second grade, I was only allowed to play video games on weekends. This was the case all the way until I moved out for college. Even then, I pretty much restricted myself to only watching movies on weekdays. I still played games, but kept myself responsible, which turned out good in the end.

Now that I'm back home, out of school, and working, I pretty much play games whenever I'm not clocking in hours at work lol. I don't really hang out with anybody here anymore like I did in high school; those new "friends" I associate with are all still in San Diego.

I can play video games on weekdays, but I usually don't get home until 8 PM. It takes me about three or four hours to finish my homework, and since I have to wake up at 5:30 to catch my bus and get to school on time, I just go to bed. I don't have a social life though, so that doesn't take up any time on the weekends.

I think my friend and I had an all-night playoff run in NHL '94 back in the day. We finally won the Stanley Cup sometime around 5 AM, lol. I could still get lost in the game for hours. The fun factor is off the charts.

My longest session was 12 hours on the co-op campaign of Return to Castle Wolfenstein on the original Xbox. The only reason why I did it was because the campaign had no saves (which made absolutely no sense to me). So in order to beat it, you had to go through it all in one session. While most people who remember that game will remember it for the multi-player (which was great), I will forever remember it for that one long gaming session.

I know what you are talking about me and my friend did that 2 but thats one of the few games i played alot but didnt really like.

Once had a huge CoD4 session with 3 friends on Live from about 10 in the morning until 2 in the morning the next day.

I miss being 13/14 years old, not worrying about work or school work.

Way back in seventh grade, a friend and I played Worms on the PSX for 24 hours straight once.

We were completely unnecessarily hardcore into that game, like building forts and trench warfare and everything. It was intense.

I'm definitely a "sports" gamer, so I think I went on a 12 hour rampage session doing ONLY "EDITS" (rosters, transactions, etc...)


But back in the day I remember spending over 10 hours per night with either Goldeneye (for the N64) or Twisted Metal (for the PS3).


I just don't have that kind of time anymore, but those were the days...

TimeSplitters was _legit_. My friends and I wasted plenty of hours on this game as well.
