So many people use target finder that I'm forced to always have cold blooded in my loadout. I liked target finder in the beginning, but I started to get dependant of it and didn't like that. Like was said, it severely limits your view of the field.

I learned to stick with iron sights on pistols & smg's. I use lasers on smg's & shotguns. Recticles on assault rifle's & light machine guns.

As you get enough matches in, your confidence and game grows and you'll soon find you no longer need to depend on the target finder.

Don't get me wrong, some maps the TF can be a useful tool. But mostly I stopped using it for now.

I suck at objective modes. But I flat out destroy in HC TD and KC. But I feel like I'm limiting myself by not playing domination and HQ.

There's so many great things I want try out on different classes but I hate going 5-15.

I don't use cold blooded at all personally, sans one class that is for destroying gunships and stuff (Blind Eye + Cold Blooded)
I am the opposite on the sights though, I prefer sights on my SMG's but don't use them a ton of assault rifles. My one M8 class right now is select fire + suppressor.

I don't mind it on a class that is made for staying back and defending, but on a rushing class it is bad because of how it obstructs you view.

In the first black ops, I stayed in HC TDM, but since you can auto respawn, I hate it. HC CTF is my favorite mode now by far.

Now that I've become pretty familiar with the maps, the swap to Hardcore has done wonders for me now too.

No longer am I sitting here wondering why I just emptied a clip into somebody, only to have them turn around and put one bullet in me to kill me.

That was a funny video I liked it. Im still not feeling BO2 at all. It just feels like another company did the game to copy COD but make it different from what COD is. The sad thing for me is that it is from the same franchise.

I really thought with how BO1 played that Treyarch was going to man the game up with BO2 but they went in a whole other direction.

Oh well its really not a big deal. There are plenty of older COD games to play and have fun with

Smart move just play HC I know some who ahve done that and cant go back to playing it on normal core mode.

My things was if they made COD play a little more realistic you really wouldn't have to worry about lag comp so much. If the guy being shot could not fire back because his body is rattling to the bullets hitting his body then no one would have to worry about shooting someone first and then being killed because the guys was able to shoot back while being shot. This way the person who is shooting first and hitting his mark gets the kill.

Then we all know why we died and the right person got the kill.

The original ghost recon did this and no one complained about it because it made sense. COD should apply this to the game.

Panic knife gone and all the nonsense that happens when your target is being hit first with your bullets.

I was the same way with the target finder. It was to the point to were I felt I needed it on every gun I used. It took a bit to get used to not using it anymore but I'm glad I stopped and I'm doing perfectly fine without it.

I also got my first gold camo. I never really try to go for them but I love the FAL so much I decided I needed to rock it with the the gold.

Maybe that's why I enjoy this game so much? I absolutely could not stand Blops 1,and traded it in as soon as I beat the campaign....roughly 2 weeks after I bought the game.

I tried on several occasions to play MP with some friends, and just couldn't get the "feel" of the game. I'm not sure what they changed in this one (if anything feel wise) but I'm doing much better in this one.

I'm not one of those that really care about stats and what not,but I looked at my k/d and it's currently at 1.3.... obviously not as good as alot of the youngsters, but I really don't care about stats, just so long as I'm having fun,and that's exactly what I'm doing.

                    Anyone unlock diamond camo yet?

That's all that Ive been doing trying to get it with the SMGS.

It's kind of fun doing the no perk, no attach thing and rolling with 2 emp grenades and 2 concussions grenades and pop all 4 of them on one person camping a room and then running in there and getting shot by them and watching their killcam!

I wasn't going to go for the diamond camos but decided to go ahead and do it for the assault rifles. I have a long way to go. I have the FAL gold and the type 25 just about there.

It can get boring at times but it forces you to try different loadouts and tactics so that kind of breaks the monotony. But it is a grind. And getting annoyed when you finish a match with no headshots lol.

Yeah when I first decided to do it I thought to myself this should be pretty fun and actually will keep me into the game but as I really thought about it I began to think damn this is going to be a pain in the a** lol.

I've got my K/D up to 1.25 now (from 1.16 a week ago). I've been playing a lot of Domination recently. It seems that everyone has tunnel vision on attacking the B objective, and that allows you to rack up the defense/attacker kills really easily. My favorite maps on Domination are Slums and Hijacked. It's really easy to pin your opponents on the A location on Slums.
