 Re: Assassin's Creed III

Should've done some research! AC2, Brotherhood, and Revelations are greatly improved! So I really wanted to like the first AC but I got throught about 8 hours and I started to fall asleep everytime I had to travel. I was busy back then so it was hard to come back to because I didn't remember where I was in the story.

My question is did AC2 and AC2.5 drastically improve from AC1? I really want to like this series but I just don't know if the next installments were big enough improvements to jump back in.

Once again AC3 looks great but I can't past the first one.Comment

 Re: Assassin's Creed III

In my opinion, I agree with that, but in terms of gameplay I think Brotherhood was the best one (ACII was very, very good too. My first play through back when it first came out November 2009, I spent many hours and several weeks with the game just looking for everything, in my second playthrough last year I saw the finer details but while I did finish the game a lot faster than the first playthrough, I didn't enjoy it as much).

I felt Revelations had so much potential. The fact that the story was short even though it was set in Constantinople, which was a lot bigger and more diverse than Rome, you just really weren't immersed (and maybe that's what they intended since Ezio is basically a foreigner visiting). I'm not going to spoil too many things though, but some of the flashbacks were pretty cool.Comment

 Re: Assassin's Creed III

Yeah Revelation had so much potential to be a great series ending for Ezio last adventure but the gameplay and graphic did not live up to the hype. Fortunately, to play both Ezio and Altair and to finally know what happens in their final journey made this game enjoyable to play.In my opinion, I agree with that, but in terms of gameplay I think Brotherhood was the best one (ACII was very, very good too.
