Just finished my first play through on Normal. I'm watching to see if there is anything after the credits.

I really liked this game. I loved the first two, so I may be biased. However, they were intense and stressful at times.

I'm a big fan of creating different weapons. I had a gun by the end of the game that was like a machine gun that had stasis bullets! It was awesome.

It took me 13 hours, 24 minutes and 29 seconds to complete the game.

A petty reason in your eyes, but thats how I feel. Can't see the footage on my iPad.

I say it's petty, because you don't really do anything really, the machine does it and it's like 30 seconds to a minute. And you don't even do it often in the game. It's not a requirement but you can take down some enemies quicker with stronger guns.

And go to a PC, iPad won't show Flash and the embed player is in flash and really HD.

This is exactly what I've been looking for in my next game. I was going to get this or finally try Mass Effect, but this may work.

Edit: Just pulled the trigger on this one. I've been watching videos of 1 and 2 all day so it looks like I'm all caught up.

Pick up 1 and 2 and play them first. Seriously. Amazing games. Play in complete darkness.

Anyway my copy arrives today. Can't wait!

I have played through approximately a third of the game so far and I love it. If you liked Dead Space 2 I cannot see how you wouldn't enjoy this game. Its early I know but the game has definitely kept my interest and enjoyment so far :thumbup:

IMO 1 and 2 are light years ahead of this joint. Ill rock this but in all honesty the action out weighs the CONSTANT tension 1 and 2 had provided. 3 is worth buying but 1 and 2 is really worth going back to.

Is anyone playing on hard noticing an abundance of item drops? Ive actually been dropping health packs to get larger ones and never been close to no ammo.

I've been playing coop with my brother...its not as jump scary but it's a blast playing with someone...they have additional lines when Isaac and (sad to say I don't even know my guys name) interact with each other. LOVE that you can mish mash weapons together! I wish they had this kind of mechanic in the first two!

Beat the game yesterday it was pretty good, played the whole campaign cooperatively with a buddy. First time I have done that with a video game, which was a different experience. Solid game and ending to the trilogy but I have to say that Dead space 2 was better. I didn't mind the more action paced because the claustrophobic rooms were getting kinda bland, don't get me wrong there are still those rooms and same experiences as the past.. but it just feels different.. 9/10 fun game!

Again you had to play 1 and 2 to half way appreciate this game...watching videos on YouTube won't give you the same experience...your missing out on a lot...
