    Re: Cyberpunk 2077

I didn't play for very long.

On PC I did notice some graphical bugs. The trees of scattered around the city would show up through buildings (this was in an early air car ride). They were distracting, but altogether minor.

Something happened early on for me. The dialog options forced me into only having 1 path when something happened. It's the prologue so they obviously want you to go that way, but I wish they didn't give the illusion of choice. I would rather just have a full cutscene or commentary without a dialog option popping up that only gives me 1 choice.

On PC there was the preload with ~60gb, yesterday a ~10gb patch and at launch again ~250mb

5h and so far only one bug has been noticed, but I think this has been one of the best in my life (not PG, please do not open the spoiler if you are underage)

Quite normal with CDProjectRed - you always have to decide how you want to answer, at least that's the way it is in witcher, and Cyperpunkt has a lot of the game, even if it's a completely different setting. It adds a lot to the immersion when you always have to answer yourself.

Played on Steam for 90 minutes and it looks really nice. My only bug was Jackie walking through the elevator before the door opened. I was also disappointed in the Nomad start i was expected a mission or 2 in the badlands and nope i was pushed in to NC in about 20 minutes.

Oh I love the immersion aspect. I just don't like that there was only 1 option. Even if end result is the same whatever you choose I just want more control in how the character gets there.

            Yeah. This game rules.

There are definitely bugs, but overall nothing game breaking whatsoever.

I think my only bug is that some vehicles simply just don't render in until you get pretty close to them.

Outside of that, the gameplay I really enjoy. I like the driving, movements, gunplay. It's all very exciting and fun to me.

The story so far has been a treat, and I'm looking forward to dropping 100+ hours into this game. Plus free DLC and multiplayer coming next year.

This game has a lot of exciting factors to it. Now, did it reach my 4 years of waiting hype? I believe so.

Played for an hour or so last night on my PS4 Pro and wasn't really "wowed" by anything in the opening gameplay but feel more overwhelmed with the stuff you are able to do like scanning, hacking etc. Still trying to learn controls and all that. Will play for a few hours later tonight to really get immersed in it.

I'm with you on this. I found the start of the Nomad story very odd. I don't want to go into spoiler territory but the game certainly rushes you to the spot it wants to place you. Maybe it will make sense down the road but I'm thinking of starting again with another one of the two other characters.

I am about 3.5 hrs into the game and am definitely loving it so far. Playing it with my RTX 3080 with Ultra maxed settings at 1440p and gameplay couldn't be smoother for me. I can see where the game is using it's Witcher 3 roots with the crafting and inventory systems. Loved the Witcher so that is a plus to me. Playing the game with Mouse and Keyboard feels great so far too.

Question for those on the PC. What is your DLSS setting you guys are playing with. Im on Quality for the DLSS on mine.

I have read this incorrectly, sry. In witcher it was like that in at least 99% of the dialogs. It may be that it was different in key scenes, but never out of place. Play the third part three times and can't remember anything where that stood out

the ps4 lacks a bit of the graphics as well. Have this running with raytracing on wqhd with a 2080ti. Once again a game that sets new standards.

Seems to run well with the hardware on Quality, your card is only slightly better than mine for the game. Have Med-RayTracing presets on and get 70-55 fps. Works well with g-Sync even below 60. Without DLSS it drops to ~40. With Balanced or higher, the graphics card is no longer fully utilized - 2080ti as mentioned.

and yes, you actually have to play this with mouse and keyboard, really very good gunplay

oof i need to figure out settings, looks like crap and frames are below 20 fps on my 1080ti. Put on Medium and I'm playing on my 27" 1440p monitor.

Edit: ok. Injust had to reset and im getting 50 fps on ultra with motion blur off inside a building. Just tried higj and I'm m getting over 60 so im good with this

After reading console impressions and watching videos I decided to hold off until all the jank is cleaned up and a proper next gen patch rolls out for Series X. Which is fine as I wasn’t one of eagerly anticipating the game’s release for years like other have.

This game is buggy as hell on Xbox one S...i was shooting at some guys and my gun just disappeared out of no where not to mention the constant freezes and crashes.

3 times this has been delayed and I feel like it should have been pushed back again.
