I started out a couple of days ago and it looks great. I’m doing performance mode so far and it’s really fun.

Oh sweet! Great to hear. Game is going to be Epic like it was intended to be.

I'm in the same boat, Armor. I have played it maybe 5-10 hours total and done very little on the game. I told myself I was going to wait until essentially they had done everything they were going to do for it (updates, DLCs, etc.). But I'm considering giving this a go. I have it on PC with a beefy graphics card so I can run it at pretty high settings.

What's the strategy for when you get pulled into a mission with high danger?

I bought the game a few days ago, I didnt buy it when it came out over a year ago because of all the bugs. I was waiting for the next gen version to drop and I was surprised when it dropped a few days ago because I had forgotten about this game. I've played for about 10 hours so far and I am really enjoying the game (after I finally got my controller/aim settings right and picture/HDR settings like I like it.)
A few annoying things, Jackie walking through my car, the loot system seems a bit clunky, you have to aim at the loot just right, running into small objects causes you to full stop, in elevators you have to aim just right to get the cursor to appear and press a button, you have to walk towards the elevator door to get it to open instead of it opening by its self. Just some small kind of annoying things but nothing major. Im sure Ill find more issues the longer I play. But so far this game is AMAZING, Im glad I waited.

As someone who waited until this next gen version came out, regardless of everything that has happened before, after playing for a few hours the game is everything I though it would be when the game was first announced all those years ago.

Pretty solid game. About six hours in right now and enjoying it. Really wish next gen would add a few more bells and whistles to first person views in general. For example, when I walk up against a wall, I would like the characters free hand to come up and press into the wall as you lean out and raise your weapon with the other hand.

According to Digital Foundry, looks like performance mode is probably the best way to go for consoles. The drop to 30fps doesn’t seem to be a great trade off given the minimal RT effects.

Tracks with what I’ve seen on PC. Unfortunately, Cyberpunk isn’t one of those games that maintains a smooth experience at 30fps, imo.

I was playing on ray-tracing on the xsx but I'll probably switch because I can't see much of a difference its so subtle and also during combat the HUD + enemy elements mess up the screen so much I guess I'd rather have 60fps (although 30 doesn't seem bad at all to be honest)

Anyone know why this game won't stream from console to PC through the Xbox app anymore? Once I open the Xbox app and stream from my console to PC then it's as if the controller won't work, or the game stops responding and just slows down to a crawl. Thought maybe it was my network or something; switched over to 2 other games and had no issues; it's just Cyberpunk causing the problem. Making it even more strange it doesn't just make the game unplayable on the PC through the streaming app; it also does the same thing if I try and play it off my tv while streaming. As soon as I kill the stream to my PC the game plays as normal on my XSX. Anyone have any ideas? Can't seem to find anything online. I dont remember this being an issue in the past.

As for the XSX upgrades it's brought some new life back to the game to me; but it's still the same game. The upgrades aren't noticeable at all to me. It still feels like the same game and looks like the same game to me. It's still an unnecessary long grind too since money is so hard to come by.

Over 25 hours in on Xbox Series X. This game is incredible, a mix between The Witcher, Fallout, and GTA. There are some bugs though.
                          1. When searching for Bridget busting out of the mall and fighting Placid he gets stuck in the hallway unable to move making it an easy fight.

                          2. When saving Saul and busting him out, he does not bother shooting his gun!

Has this happened to anyone else?

At least he is not pretending to help like most NPCs in most games. Shooting their guns that do zero damage. He just does nothing! Accurate if you ask me.

Cyberpunk is one of the better games I have played in a long time. No its not Witcher 3 and I think that upsets people but the game is really really good. Plus it's getting sale prices now so picking it up is a no brainer.
